As property investors, it is imperative to us to sell off the asset as soon as renovation has completed. After contacting HomeLight, we received multiple calls from top selling agents in the area. When we realized that we were going to move to the north part of Florida due to acceptance of a job offer for me, my husband and I each began looking for the TOP realtors for our neighborhood because we needed a quick sale. Although we knew a couple of local real estate agents whom we contacted for their portfolios and approach to selling our home, I googled "best selling realtors" in our zip code. While I can't recall which sites came up in a particular order, HomeLight thankfully jumped out. I checked HomeLight's reviews against some of the other sites and found it to be highly rated, so I clicked! After answering a few noninvasive questions, such as the zip code of our house to sell, the top realtors for our zip code were listed and I quickly clicked through the information HomeLight provided. Within minutes I received calls and emails from 3 realtors, and I "interviewed" these three over the phone. From there, for me, it was easy to decide whom to invite into our home to talk specifics about their approach and the resources they would put toward our sale. My husband couldn't believe I was so certain about talking with Claudia and Justin Willard of Willard Realty Team, but the information HomeLight provided gave me this certainty. Long story short, we selected the Willard's and within 4 days of listed our house, we had a full price contract.

Can I be any more thrilled to have trusted HomeLight? LOL, there's no question that this is THE resource that I will recommend to friends and relatives.

HomeLight made contact with us initially to make sure we were connected with a realtor that fit our specific needs. They then were in contact with us at various times throughout our search to see if we needed anything and make sure our agent was still a good match for us. We ended up buying a house that did not meet our primary reason for purchasing a home. We were told by the real estate agent that the HOA was all there to maintain the road. In reality, the HOA would not allow us to build a home for our mother in law. In addition, the real estate agent told us not to worry about the deficiencies in the inspection report and that the home warranty would cover it. There were many other issues but the bottom line we ended up having to sell the house. This experience cost us a lot of money, I would not recommend.

Contacted you to sell our home in Iowa, got no credit. Like a fool contacted you again to buy our next home in Summerfield, Florida. Again no credit.

When contacted you said to expect a gift card. Needless to say, that never came.

HomeLight did a fabulous job of referring multiple agents to us. We were able to schedule personal interviews with each of them and make an informed decision on our agent. HomeLight was also very thorough with follow up calls to ensure we were receiving interaction with local agents. They made us feel like we were important to them! After listing with one of our referred agents, our house sold in six days! Thanks, HomeLight.

The HomelLight website was very easy to use. I was able to get several good matches from which to choose. This was the first time ever, that I was able to select from a pool of realtors based upon my specific needs. I was able to quickly get my home on the market resulting in a great price. I will use HomeLight again for my realtor needs.

When we went to sell our house we realized we did not have the knowledge to best market our home since we only moved into the neighborhood 2 years before and were unsure as to who was in the target market. HomeLight researched top realtors for our area and put us in touch with the top three, we then worked with one of them and were able to get our home sold in a very reasonable time and at a very good price. We really appreciate the high quality of service from HomeLight.

I was thrilled with HomeLight and the collaborative service provided. Within minutes of visiting with HomeLight, I had several calls from realtors looking to work together. I was able to do a quick screening interview and decide who I wanted to meet in person, and a few short days later I worked through three in-person walkthroughs of my home. Everyone was very generous with their time, expertise, and advice all while knowing I was talking to others that same day. I ended up picking a great agent that helped me unlock hidden value I didn’t see in the home myself. Saying he helped maximize the value and sales price is an understatement considering the buyer literally paid more than the final appraised value.

I will absolutely recommend my realtor to everyone looking to buy or sell. If he’s not available or they aren’t local, I will turn them onto the HomeLight solution as well.

HomeLight was a perfect platform for what we needed. I wasn't sure where to start due to the home we lived in is the home we were going to buy.

The information HomeLight gave me was everything I needed to begin our journey to homeownership. It took just a few minutes to get what was needed to start the process with the use of HomeLight. Once I put my information in and explained my situation it was just a few minutes before the phone rang with the perfect agent to help us on the journey home.

I didn't get more then one call or emails like with most sites. No one likes to be overwhelmed with phone calls and emails because you gave a little info. I would recommend HomeLight to anyone with any kind of situation even if it's just questions about buying, selling, or even just looking.

I say this because I was in the real estate business for 38 years and a real estate trainer for the last 20. We were handled professionally and courteously. With the outstanding marketing, our house sold within a week and our agent had expert negotiating and closing skills.
