I was attempting to help my elderly parents get a real estate agent to help sell their home. I just happened to submit a note asking for some information, and within a few minutes, I got a call personally letting me know my request was received and that within a day or two I would be getting email information regarding three potential agents who might help us sell the home. HomeLight was correct; I did get an email, and in fact, several of the agents contacted me personally before I had a chance to call them from the email profiles I received.

I am very glad that I contacted HomeLight for new realtors after I was not successful to sell my house with another realtor for four months.

The three realtors that HomeLight referred are all high producers. I am away from my property, so I did a phone interview with all three. I formed an opinion on all three through the phone conversation. Then I scheduled a personnel interview the next weekend with all three. One cannot make it, so I spoke with two. I was impressed when one pointed out the weakness of this house is being dark in the picture. He offered to ask his photographer to bring lights to take the picture to showcase the house on the web. So I offered the realtor the contract the same day. The house went on to the web within a few days. And several offers were coming right away. I am also happy that the realtor kept me in the loop with different offers and makes suggestions on how to handle it. An offer was agreed in a week. An offer with the buyer just sold their old house in escrow was accepted. It did take about two months to complete. But a well-executed one.

I will definitely recommend HomeLight service to anyone. Not sure if HomeLight can also recommend someone to sell a land property in Lancaster, California, that me and my friends bought a few years ago, and are looking at possibly selling it.

The agents that work with HomeLight in San Juan Capistrano that I have been able to meet are very high-quality agents and top producers. They are not any weak, low performers so I would strongly recommend talking to a HomeLight agent if you haven't already.

This site helped with so much when I started looking for a realtor to sell my home. This was my first time selling a home and had no idea how to start finding a realtor beside looking people up and calling. All I had to do was put my information in about my house that was trying to sell, and the realtors were calling me. It was very easy and helped this process out tremendously.
