The matching process was pretty simple and easy to use. It only took me 5 minutes and I received the contact info of several top-rated agents. All of the questions asked were relevant and there were no missing questions that I think could've helped with a better search. I found a great agent who helped me through the purchasing process and was communicative the whole way through.

I recently used HomeLight to find a real estate agent for my mother. The home was going to be a difficult sale. The home had not been maintained, the grass was all dead, the pool didn't work, screens were broken, the irrigation system leaked, window seals failed...In addition, the location had several disadvantages which I was told increased the difficulty of a sale. The one my mother listed with, Lisa Roberts, had several advanced courses and certifications in luxury home sales and was the most impressive agent I have ever talked too. She had all of the resources to get the home looking great and took care of everything. She even used a drone to create a video overflying the entire property. My sister commented that the home didn't look like the same house when she was finished. We were both impressed at how well it looked. This marketing paid off. She completed the sale for more than several other agents even wanted to list the property for. What else could you ask for?

After interviewing the realtors and making a selection, my home sold in less than 48 hours. She helped me get the home I wanted and saw me through the whole process and even sat with me through my closing, answering all my questions, pointing out things to me I never would have thought of. She has many connections in the industry and because of her I now have a wonderful contractor doing the upgrades to my home that I wanted.
