I would like to express my gratitude to HomeLight for recommending the best agent in the Milford area to list my property. I contacted HomeLight in early December because I planned to sell my property in March. I had been trying to sell my condo since 2013 without any luck.

The same day I signed up with HomeLight Linda contacted me to introduce herself. She forwarded info about Coldwell Banker via overnight mail. I was impressed because she included info about the recent sales in the area.

Long story short, something came up, and I decided around Christmas weekend that I needed to sell my property ASAP. I contacted Linda while she was on vacation and she immediately scheduled a photographer to go take pictures and the property was listed within a few days.

In three weeks the property was bindered, and in less than 60 days I completed the sale of my condo.

Throughout the whole process, Linda was always available via phone, email and text to answer my questions. She even recommended a great attorney and a local handyman that assisted with completing this transaction.

We used HomeLight to help us connect with realtors. While it was a great service and connected us to a realtor we otherwise would not have, the experience with the realtor, in the end, was not exactly as we'd hoped. She started out wonderful, but as the deal got more complex (out of our control; issue with the property line), the communication could have been better especially considering what a stressful time. However, it ended fine, and she helped with a final walk-through to get our money out of escrow, and I would still use HomeLight again in the future, for initial introductions.

My wife and I have definitely appreciated the services provided by HomeLight. We were simply looking around at real estate agents when we signed up, but we were blown away by how fast we could find some of the best real estate agents in our area. Thanks to their services and the real estate agent that was provided, we were able to list and sell our property quickly and without much hassle. This is a service that definitely benefits its users with no drawbacks.

I used HomeLight as a way to quickly identify realtors in my area about who I didn’t already know from word of mouth. The inquiry yielded several great realtors that I was able to choose, and the realtor we hired had spent months developing a relationship with us and answering many questions before we even hired her. I would recommend using HomeLight to anyone who is considering selling their home. It was very quick and easy to use and led to almost immediate responses. It made selling our home easier and ultimately more profitable.

I was very satisfied with the services that HomeLight provided. I went through several realtors in the area and had horrible experiences. This was my last option and it was wonderful. The realtor you suggested exceeded my expectations and went through a lot of back and forth negotiating to make the deal happen. She really worked hard and it showed. HomeLight started off well - we were sent Don Wenner's firm's information very quickly and I followed up with him immediately. But HomeLight inferred in its information that we would receive up to three contacts. Following multiple communications with HomeLight, we came to realize that they could not offer any other options for consideration. So I had to seek out other realtors for consideration, doing my own search.

I was also surprised by the number of texts and emails that were part of their aggressive marketing/communication process - some texts coming late at night. I am guessing those are more of a "robo" setup.

If we had received two or three companies for consideration, I would have understood the frequent (and sometimes insistent) communication follow up, but we got only one. So we did our due diligence to find other options. In the end, we did contract with the realty company HomeLight recommended. I am just not sure I wouldn't have found them on my own, since I had to look at other realtors in the area in order to get some comparisons.

DLP was a good choice for us. HomeLight did help us get to them faster than if I had searched on my own. And speaking directly with Don Wenner (who actually is in my State of Florida, not Pennsylvania where the home was to be listed) started the process seamlessly.

We are very pleased with the result. I am just not sure HomeLight lived up to the marketing in this particular case. And if they couldn't provide multiple options, I would have expected that they would have been straightforward about it and state that.

Our experience with the Keri Shull Realty Team was nothing short of magnificent! From the very beginning, everyone we met was courteous and eager to help. The entire team kept us abreast of the many different steps that go into selling a house. I especially would like to give a notable mention to Kristie Link, the realtor assistant as she was always available to answer any and all questions we had regarding the process. Dennis Furey, our realtor, was professional and well versed in the realty world, as he guided us through the expectations and goals we wanted to meet. I should note that this has been my third time selling a property and I had never had such a terrific experience! Keri Shull made it memorable and swift by always giving us peace of mind and kindly reminding us that we were all in this together, as one team!

Regarding the sale of my home in Port St. Lucie, Florida, I found HomeLight helpful in terms of locating a few possible real estate agents in the area with whom to list the property. Since I was living out of state, I was not familiar with real estate agents in the Port St. Lucie area. As such, it was very helpful to have an organization like HomeLight to help in this process. I ended up narrowing my list to three agents and arranging interview meetings with those three agents. Out of the three agents who appeared to be highly reviewed by HomeLight, I ended up ultimately choosing ReMax 100 (William Eggeling) in the end. My home was sold within five months.

I was in the market to purchase a home in the Waverly, IA area. I wanted to find a real estate agent to represent my interest. I worked with HomeLight to be referred to an agent to help me through the process of buying a home. I was referred to Dan Berregard. After speaking briefly with Dan, he referred me to Hannah Berregard, his daughter, who worked for his real estate company. Hannah was helpful in scheduling the showings of the places I was interested in looking at. She also greatly assisted me through the purchase of my home once I decided on the one I wanted to buy. It was very convenient to fill out most of the paperwork electronically through secured emails. I only went out a couple of times to view three different properties and then one more time for the final walk thru of the place I decided to buy. I was glad to have an agent representing my interest. Hopefully, I won't be in the market to buy another home for years to come, but if I was, I would look at using HomeLight to assist me in finding an agent.

The HomeLight company is quite helpful for us to find a decent agent. Our previous realtor listed our house on the market for eight months in 2017 but failed to have it sold. We want to change a new realtor in Spring 2018. After we visited the HomeLight website and input related information, we got several phone calls and email recommendations of realtors. Based on the recommendations that the HomeLight provided and other information sources, we interviewed four realtors and contracted with a professional realtor agent, the Nate Realtor Group who finally sold our house, sold at an acceptable price. I appreciate the service that the HomeLight provided.

When I contacted HomeLight I had no idea who or what I would be getting as recommendations. I only had one fully contact me back (if I remember correctly, the other emailed and wouldn’t be able to chat with me for a few weeks). However, the one that contacted me back was within hours and was so helpful and generous with their time I was floored.

I honestly could not have completed this sale without the help of Joanne’s team. It took over a year to complete it and I was in the Midwest almost the entire time. No one was ever impatient with me when things got messy and I was so incredibly satisfied with the entire process from beginning to end.
