Total scam, stay away

Terrible company - total scam. You have to call in to cancel the subscription and you cannot do it online. No toric lens offered. All in all, avoid this company. And don't get scammed by their "free" offering, as you will be immediately charged for a full month prior to you even trying them.

Terrible

Hubble Contacts are comfortable, that's the only good thing. I can't see clearly, they did not tell me that their contracts don't cover astigmatism, which I have in both eyes. I can't find the phone number on their website to cancel. Bottom line, don't order if you have astigmatism or if you have sensitive eyes.

Hubble lenses are poor quality, and the company's marketing campaign is a scam! A dishonest company that tricks people into signing up for re-fills without consent!

Horrible lenses - scam company

I got a trial pair of lenses, but they sent the wrong BC. Turns out they only have one specific BC of 8.6. They then sent me the next set without an email alert. On calling they refuse to cancel! Stay away.

Terrible quality contacts

I've worn contacts for 15 years and have always worn Acuvue Oasis. Well, Hubble sounded too good to be true...and it was. Within 24 hours my eye was inflamed and swollen shut. I couldn't wear contacts for another 24 hours because I had an abrasion from the contacts drying out so fast and peeling off my eyeballs. Don't cheap out when it comes to your vision. Go with the brands who are tried and true. I went back to Acuvue ASAP.

Horrible

I never have contacts like this before.

I was ordering two boxes of contacts, and I was so excited to wear them when it arrived. But when I put it on my eyes, my vision was more fuzzy than before. I barely could see!

And I’m pretty sure about my diopters, and I exactly ordered it! I am really confused and am wondering, did Hubble forget to put the diopter on my contacts or something? It’s super funny that I see more clearly without these contact lenses.

Bad

These contacts were awful! And by awful, I mean they are itchy, fall out when I blink, and I am pretty sure they were just lenses without a prescription on them. In addition to being a bad product, the company charged my card when they were not supposed to and they will not refund it. My advice is to not order these because you really do get what you pay for.

Complaint

I ordered a free pair of contacts in June; they charged me the $3 fee for the shipping fee. I was fine with that, however, three weeks later they charged my bank account $36 for a month's supply. I did not authorize the charge and did not place the order. I called Hubble Contacts and was told to return to sender and they would credit my bank account, I went to UPS that day. This happened in June, this is September and it has not happened yet. There is no way to call them; I emailed them. I think they are a company of scammers, they make unauthorized charges on customers accounts, and that is not right. I am no longer able to reach a live person within Hubble Contacts, I would not recommend them to anyone.

Avoid by all cost

The company doesn't respond to emails. They will ignore the request to cancel subscription, charge and then take months to process a refund. Literally months! Contact lenses are very low quality and rather uncomfortable. In the UK, you will be better off buying daysoft contact lenses, which I have used for years and never had any problems with. Once again, please spare yourself all the trouble and never give them your credit card details. They are most definitely not a genuine company, and they don't do what's right for the customer.

Horrible cancellation system

I wanted to try the contacts, but after 20 minutes of wearing these contacts, my eyes itched and watered. I emailed stating I wanted to cancel the subscription and they REFUSE to accept an email. Unfortunately, I work Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5pm and they are only open Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm for PHONE ONLY cancellations.

I called the 844 "cancellation" number. I get some tones and a message: "we're sorry, the number you've dialed can't be reached from your calling area." Stay away.
