Hubble Contacts

I have worn contacts for the better part of my life, nearly 20 years. I have always gotten them at a Pearl Vision or the last few orders thru Sam's Club. I had used my last set and was honestly looking for different options as I had heard through the internet and TV/radio of businesses like Hubble. I did my research, spent a week thinking about going this direction and placed the order for the free week trial.

It arrived rather quickly, and I put in my first pair the next morning. The fit is good, has no overly dry feeling (one of the reviews I read said they felt dry), and I've been wearing and ordering ever since.

Honestly, the only complaint I have is there is no 123 on the contacts, LOL. I've spent years looking for the 123 on my contact to let me know which way was right. Easily a minor complaint! Thanks for everything!

I would not recommend Hubble Contacts. They are extremely uncomfortable contact lenses. I accidentally forgot to take them out before bed, and my eyes burned and were bloodshot in the morning. Not worth it.

I thoroughly enjoy using Hubble for my contacts. Their system is very easy to manage and adjust when I don't need my contacts exactly a month after my previous order.

I was hesitant to try new contacts because I had been with Acuvue for almost 4 years before I switched to Hubble. But after the free trial, I realized these contacts are just as comfortable as Acuvue and more affordable!

I've never had an issue with the contacts and would 100% recommend them to someone looking to switch to a more affordable brand. My only suggestion would be that Hubble offers an option other than daily contacts because I have friends who want to switch over but do not use daily contacts.

I've been using Hubble for a few months now. I exclusively used Acuvue Oasys Weeklies, and it would cost me more than $60 per month! When I saw an ad for Hubble on Instagram, I said, why not? Truthfully, I do not see or feel a difference between Acuvue and Hubble. I REFUSE to even go back to that brand now. I'm a Hubble user all the way!

Best part is, I don't have to spend any time in the bathroom putting my contacts away in a case and soak. Acuvue Dailies would have cost me around $80-$90. Hubble are daily lenses. You are paying $1 per day. How can you beat that?

I definitely recommend Hubble to all. You won't regret it. And, if you don't like it? Well, they offer a free trial.

I love these contacts. They are super comfortable and really help with my budget when my insurance wouldn't cover contacts from my doctor! They are super convenient. I always keep a box in my purse just in case I find myself in a situation where I can't get home to put in new contacts!

Hubble sent the wrong prescription and refused to accept an email cancellation. As instructed, I put "return to sender" on the boxes to return the incorrect contacts, and when I finally had the 45 minutes to try to hassle with them on the phone, the representative said that if I couldn't prove I sent them, there was no refund as they had no record. Clearly not a ligitimate operation.

I'm very upset. I ordered the contacts to try and couldn't see anything out of them. I told them not to send me anymore and to cancel me out, but they charged me for more and stole my new debit card number to get the money. I finally got in touch with them and they said they would cancel it and send me an email to show, but didn't. When the order came in, I wrote "return to sender" on it and sent it back. They have not given me my money back. It's a scam and a ripoff, so NO, I would NOT recommend them!

I tried a box of Hubble Contacts and they were ok. I didn't find them as comfortable as my current brand, but they were fine. I placed one order to try them but then had LOTS of contacts and did not need Hubble to send me any more.

I called and canceled my subscription, even though their website says: YOU'RE IN CONTROL.

You can easily cancel or modify your Hubble subscription to suit your needs. That is not true. You have to call them and wait and wait on hold to get to someone.

Today I find a charge on my credit card for a package that is apparently en route. I called Hubble, and they casually explained it was no problem just write "return to sender" on the box and return.

What they didn't explain is that I'll be charged $5 for them sending a box I NEVER ordered.

Be careful. I think this is a scam.

The Hubble Contacts company charged my account to have contact lenses sent to me without my authorization. There is nowhere on the checkout page that gives the customer the option to continue with a subscription. After canceling it, you have to wait for the package to arrive, send it back, and then get charged the return shipping fee and a restocking fee. I’d also like to mention that each pair I tried on made my vision completely blurry so I threw them away. These are UNETHICAL and SHADY marketing tactics.

I thought this would be a good opportunity to try a new product. If they stand behind their product, they should not slyly get the customer to “agree” to these shady subscription methods.

The bottom line is, if it’s too good to be true, it usually is.
