Hubble Contacts

So I was a little skeptical about Hubble at first. I thought, daily lenses for $30 a month? My eye doctor is a crook, not on purpose they all are, but the dailies he offered me were $50 per eye per month. The contacts themselves are not nearly as comfortable as the Hubble ones. So for less than one third the price that the eye doctor wanted me to pay I'm getting something that is actually comfortable? Craziness!

I love Hubble, and I won't go back. My eye doctor says he cannot write me a prescription for them, which is fine, he just needs to write a prescription for contacts and I can send it to it. I am very satisfied with Hubble and will be a customer for a long time! I cannot wait to give their toric lenses a go when they get released.

After receiving free contacts and trying them, I wasn't happy with the product. I both emailed the company and called to cancel the subscription. I sent the contacts back a week ago and still haven't been refunded, and now I am being told I will not receive $8 of what they took from my account for their shipping fee and restock.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I shouldn't have to pay anything for a product that should never have been sent in the first place.

I have been using Hubble Contacts for about 6 months now. Overall, I am very happy with the quality of the contact lenses and the service from Hubble. I don't feel that they are quite as moist and long-lasting as other brands I have tried (Acuvue). However, given the price and the fact that they are daily contacts that I throw away at the end of each day, I am happy.

I have had some trouble with the flimsy packaging at times and having a hard time pulling each individual lense package apart. I have had to learn to be gentle. Overall, a good product!

I received a few free weeks from them and forgot to cancel my subscription. I called to cancel it and they said to write "return" on the package once I got it and to send it back for a refund. The day I got it, I had it sent back.

I kept emailing them to see if they got it back. They gave me a tracking number. I had been using it for updates on my package. I had gotten the contacts on October 2nd, and the tracking disappeared after October 21st. I emailed to see what happened to my package and they said that since it was past the 30 day return period, they weren't going to refund my money. So why would it have taken over a MONTH to get back to them?

I think they intentionally did this so I wouldn't get my money back. Every time I called them I got put on hold for a ridiculously long time. They finally refunded me but not for the full amount. Out of $33 I got $25 back. I don't recommend them to anyone.

I really like my Hubble Contacts! What I love most about them is that I can pay for them monthly. They always arrive on time and even a little earlier than I need in case I need to travel. Great purchase!

I simply love these contacts. They are more comfortable than my other ones I was using. I will continue to purchase these as long as I can. They are very affordable, and I like that they come automatically without me having to worry about running out of them.

I'm going on about 5 months or so receiving my daily contact lenses from Hubble Contacts, and I honestly could not be happier. Timely delivery and so far no annoying hiccups along the road.

My contacts are comfortable, very comfortable, in fact, which is very nice since my eyes tend to get dry very quickly. I never have any issues with these like I might with longer wear contacts.

I tried Hubble after seeing a Facebook ad and having years of issues with dry eyes (even with daily contacts in other brands). I thought, why not try a month and see?!

The convenience is incomparable. Cost is great. My eyes are only slightly feeling dry at the end of a long day staring at screens, but issues are seldom to none compared to previous contact products I had used.

The diameter of the contact is slightly larger than what I was used to but not an issue. It is more difficult to tell if it's inside out or not by looking at it compared to previous products I've used.

Those small issues are truly non-issues in comparison to the convenience, cost, and most of all, the lack of dry eye issues I've experienced!

Very happy with my Hubble lenses.

I signed up got my free trial, but they didn't fit me correctly. I tried canceling my next shipment but they said it was shipped already and when it arrives to just write "return to sender" on the box and I would be credited the $33 when it arrived. One month later I've been calling and no arrival, but the tracking info shows it's somewhere in Indiana. A supervisor was supposed to call me back, and she never did. When they bill you, they make sure it doesn't show as a recurring payment so your back won't be able to do much about you being credited.

Buyers beware; go to Vision Direct or lens.com. These are cheap contacts that could be damaging your eyes.

Love them. Ships fast on time every month, and I don't have to think about it. Soft and just as good as Acuvue. Sometimes they can be weird right out of the package, but at about $1 a contact, it is affordable to have a defective one. Overall, awesome. I tell people to get them all the time.

The offer of cheap daily contacts seemed too good to be true, and it was. They sent me the wrong prescription. I have astigmatism, and they didn't bother to include the correction for that in their cheap lenses. Also, the lenses were less comfortable than the ones I got legit. Note that they take your credit card number when you sign up for your "free trial," so that they can bill you later. They make it hard to cancel; you can sign up online, but to cancel you have to get one of their lackeys on the phone.

Avoid Hubble!
