Hydro Mousse Liquid Lawn

This product is a waste of money and the attachment is a piece of garbage. It doesn't even have an on/off on the handle. You have to turn it on and off using the plastic dial on the top. The seed itself is garbage seed. The two ounce container is food coloring and some basic fertilizer. The seed did not spread evenly, did not germinate, and did not work. Avoid these scammers.

First thing I should have noticed. When ordering, it automatically has your order over $100 worth, of this product. I should have been skeptical then. If I would have hit the "submit" button, I would have been really screwed. Just got the product. It says, "For environmental sake, your product is in one bag!" Really? The seed bag is 0.5 lb.; so how is it doubled if it's not ONE POUND? So I paid $27.90 for 0.5 lb. of seed and some green dye? Not sure if I can get my money back, but I'm checking to see if they have a Facebook and Twitter account. I'm about to blast them; now I know where all these sudden 800# calls are coming from. Obviously they sell your info to other companies as well. Shame on me; I ALWAYS review products and I messed up big time on this one. Won't even put this together; the green paint all over the place is enough deterrent for me!

I would NOT recommend this product to my worse enemy. When you follow the instructions, all you get is a bottle of green water. If I could figure out how to get a refund, I would.

This stuff is just green colored water with seeds that don't grow. Seeds stick in jar and after two weeks of watering nothing but weeds. Scam, scam and you wont get your money back. I've tried twice and never received anything.

In accordance with my order, I should have received two bottles. I have received one and was charged $30.33 instead of $28.89.

I ordered their product since I have three dogs. Many pee spots. It says its perfect for this. Firstly, I can't measure. On the side is per feet. It says to add 3/4 of water which you can wing but why did it just not mark it on the container. Really? I'm not going to do math to spray some junk. Secondly, it actually did not spray. I filled it as directed and it did nothing when I attempted to spray. I had to just dump it out all over which caused the seeds to sink and it took more time to get them out and on the lawn somewhere.

Now my hands as well were dyed green. If you look on the commercial, it sprays perfectly. Watch how they use attachment and it's push button on the handle which I have too, but it's fake.

Also this rates an A plus with the BBB? Oh my. Will be asking for a refund.

I paid for "double the amount" and the receipt says that I am getting the kit with a "free" bonus kit. When calling customer service, they claim they have no idea why that "bonus kit" is indicated on the receipt. They don't offer the purchase of 1 kit (which I will point out would equal 4 oz. of grass seed. They just claim that their half pound (8 oz. bag of seed) is a special "double" offer. The customer is stuck with the nearly $16.00 of shipping for both ways. What a rip off. Don't use this stuff! It deserves no stars, but to post a review, the customer must give at least one star.

Well, I wish I would have read these reviews before tossing out hard earned money! Like every review here says, 'scam, terrible product, and worst of all the false advertising should be investigated'! Since the company is Canadian there is no chance of getting assistance or refunds.

The phone number listed for customer service is a generic answering system that gets (I suspect to Canada) and takes some time to actually talk to someone. But, I did wear mechanics gloves when applied. The crap story to dig down at least 3" is ridiculous, hydro seed was developed to spray and stay in place like Hydro Mousse is supposed to do but without digging.

I will be looking into professional hydro seed companies and have it done right even if it is costly. It will take 2 months to contest my credit card charge and don't believe this companies statement about 60 money back!

Get ready for a lot of pain. Nothing works, the gun with fake trigger, valves that jam, uncontrolled spray, and prior to that, no hydro-mousse but a small amount of green dye incapable of holding the seeds. The seeds that don't grow, immense preparation of topsoil required, watering three times a day for a few weeds. Shocking. As a Canadian, I am so ashamed of these people that I will do my very best to alert all newspapers and social media I can reach in my available time (I'm retired). And I used to brag that we in Canada don't let scammers go by unannounced and stopped in their activities. Shame.

I saw the ad on TV like everyone else and they showed how easy it was to use... just spray on areas that needed it. After I got the order I read the instructions and they want you to loosen 3" of the topsoil and also get rid of the dead grass... I might just hire someone to redo my lawn because that's what they tell you to do anyway. Wow! Not at all as advertised...

The mousse is nothing more than water coloring. When you hook up the water, the seed is all gone in an instant. Also, good luck getting your money back. The people you call are very defensive. Don't buy this product!
