Anita does an excellent job presenting matches and following up with me. She is a thoughtful listener and maintains consistent, dependable communication. In identifying my matches, it is obvious she reviews my profile and theirs to make sure we have a good match. So appreciated, and I am grateful that she's my matchmaker.
One con I had was when I went on freeze during COVID, due to my caregiving responsibilities with my 101-year-old mother, I missed the deadline for reinstating. No notice was sent to me that my account was about to expire.

I must say, my experience with It's Just Lunch (IJL) took a complete 180-degree turn, all thanks to the amazing Trisha R. Initially, I was quite disheartened with the service and had reached a point where I was ready to give up on the whole idea. But then, along came Trisha, and she completely changed my perspective on the company and the entire matchmaking process.
Trisha is an absolute gem! From the very first interaction, she made me feel like I was more than just a client; she treated me like a friend. Her warmth and genuine care were evident in every conversation we had. Trisha took the time to truly understand what I was looking for in a partner and didn't just focus on setting up "next dates." I’ve had a great experience so far with IJL and I love that Anita is my matchmaker! She is very knowledgeable and personable. I am glad that I have her as my matchmaker. I am very pleased with IJL. It takes time and patience. If you have that, then IJL is for you. 100% better than those dating apps. You can meet people that have the same interests and outlook as you do. I would recommend it’s just lunch to a friend. Keep up the good work IJL.

I have been using It's Just Lunch for just about 6 weeks now. I have been very happy with Anita as my matchmaker. She has taken time to get to understand what is important to me and the activity since I joined has been better than I anticipated. As of now, I am glad that I decided to utilize the service.

I've only had the first two dates of 12 with IJL, and this process has been so useful to me already! I've learned a lot about what I'm looking for, about what's important to me. I've learned about how I want to interact with dates. These learnings require practice and exploration, on dates with the right kinds of people. That's where IJL comes in.

I love working with Tanya. We are on the same page. She gets me and has my back at each dating opportunity.
She is a great listener and knows what I want. Plus, she works hard to make sure she finds the best gentleman for me. I have not been in It's Just Lunch long, but have already had two other matchmakers. There's a saying about the third time is the charm — well, Tanya has been the charm for me. I look forward to continuing to work with her.
