It's Just Lunch has been a great experience for me. They go above and beyond what they have to. I like how they get a lot of information about you and then try to set you up with the best person. I will recommend them to everyone.

Carla has been professional, polite, communicative, hard-working, and flexible to my schedule. She has been a pleasure to work with. She really cares about finding me someone I actually want to be with and doesn't treat me like I am just a number on her desk.

Brittany, my 1st coordinator. She is unresponsive, paid no attention to the details of a person I am looking for, not hardworking, she really just didn't care to sum it up. It caused me a lot of stress and frustration.
Tabitha, my salesperson I signed up with, QUIT communicating with me once I paid. Although she told me she would still be available.
I don't like having to meet initially at a restaurant assigned by IJL.

Anita, my matchmaker, has been wonderful. She made the experience seamless and so easy. I was hesitant at first, but after a while I began to trust her and really enjoy working with her and listen to her expertise about do's and don'ts. She has helped me with my confidence and presented two very strong date options.

I am just beginning my journey with IJL. I have been very impressed with my executive matchmaker Jaiye. He asked me excellent questions about the qualities I am looking for in a woman. Jaiye is an excellent listener. The person he presented for my first date seemed to have all the qualities I had described to Jaiye. She was a very high-quality individual I would be interested in getting to know better. This experience demonstrated to me that Jaiye really “got me.”

The restaurant selected for first date was very loud and noisy which made it challenging to hear each other. We both shared the same opinion about that.

My matchmaker Genie is down to earth and really easy to talk to. She really gets me and understands what I want. I feel like she's another girl I can depend on to talk about boys with and become a better person for my next relationship. I can't wait to see where this goes!

Tanya, my "advisor," felt more like an old friend, than someone I just met — She was kind, and funny and made me feel safe to really talk about myself and where I was in life. She definitely has a gift of knowing what her clients are seeking, even if the client can not express it in a nutshell!

the staff were professional, reassuring and was genuinely interested in me
that the advisor arranged the venue, and sent details to how it will be, including the split bills etc so there was no anxiety of "what if"s, although my date picked up the bill.
with everyone i spoke with at IJL, everyone had genuine sunny disposition, which made me feel optimistic about my choice to work with them

Anita is a great matchmaker because she is extremely attentive, reads written feedback carefully, listens closely, and definitely incorporates feedback as she works with me on dates. I could not ask for someone more committed to figuring me out and finding me the best matches she possibly can, and she’s already found me a great one! I appreciate her expertise!

I joined IJL a few weeks ago. Gayle was my first interaction with IJL staff. She was very warm and friendly. She put my mind at ease, as I had never joined a dating service. She was very reassuring about the process and how it works. The very next day I received a call from Tanya, my matchmaker. Tanya was so enthusiastic and friendly. Her enthusiasm was infectious and I couldn’t wait to get started. Within a few days, I had a Zoom call with Tanya. We discussed what I was looking for in more detail. Tanya had great questions and explained, in more detail, how IJL works. During our Zoom call, Tanya sent me a link of my first match. I had my first day a week or so later. My date looked just like his picture. Tanya “nailed it” with what I am looking for in a partner. We had a great first date and will have a second one. Tanya phoned me the day after the date to get feedback and see how it went. She is so warm and her excitement is contagious. Tanya told me she will get started on finding my next date. I can’t wait to see what the future brings. Tanya really listens to what I am looking for in a partner. She is kind, warm, friendly, and full of enthusiasm. We will see how the rest of my journey with IJL goes, but off to a great start. Thank you Tanya!
