On June 25th I canceled my order via telephone. I received an order cancelation number and a receipt number. I was charged $49.95 for my product on June 18th. I got another charge of $49.95 on June 28th. The representative said I would be billed one more time, which I assume was the one on June 28th. I am not sure why I would be billed for the product twice since I canceled my order on June 25th, and paid for the previous order one week earlier on June 18th. Having just read 150 comments both good and bad, I hope that I will not be charged again in July. If I am, I will understand why some users were very frustrated and disappointed with their communication or lack of with the Keranique team.

I ALWAYS had thick long hair that ALWAYS got compliments...until one medication made about 2/3s of it fall out within two months time! I don't wash my hair but like 2-3 a week, but with the Keranique, it has filled in the bald spots. I have new growth about six inches in two months time. It's still not as thick as I hope it will be...but I feel much more confident. I believe it's worth every penny! Thanks Keranique!

I don’t know what these other people are talking about. You can’t knock a product without giving it a fair go, it works for me. I used the Follicle Serum like it said and I love it. I also use the Deep Hydrating Shampoo and Conditioner, which leaves my hair feeling great. The best part of using the Keranique is my husband even noticed how thick my hair has become. I’ll be using this for as long as I can!

I started using Keranique a few months ago, and I love it! The shampoo and conditioner that came with the kit were not suitable for my hair, but I spoke to their customer service representative, Mike, and he switched them out for their Deep Hydration Shampoo and Conditioner. He was very helpful. I absolutely have recommended Keranique to my sister and a couple of my friends who also have thin hair.

I also found that using their 8-day infusion treatment every few months gives my hair a boost and makes it feel so soft. If you are on the fence, just try it.

My hair was getting thin on the top, and I had always had a full head of hair. I was told by my doctor and my dermatologist that it was hereditary and nothing could be done. When I saw Keranique advertised I thought I would give it a try. Couldn't hurt, right?

It's been five months and I am seeing growth around my hairline and some on the crown of my head. I can't say how happy I am. I am hoping with time that it will continue to thicken. The shampoo and conditioner leave my hair full and manageable. I have been happy with all the product that I have used to date.

I’ve been using this product for at least a year now, and I can say it has thickened my hair all over, except the one place where I truly needed it, my edges. The shampoo and conditioner along with the other products are great. I just think that my edges were far too gone, but I still use most of the products. Using something new to boost my edges, and hopefully, this will make a difference so with that I’m still a work in progress.

I have had problems with my hair; it has been thinning and even comes out. I was up late one night and saw one of these guy's commercials and decided to order the product. Trust me, I have tried several things and nothing worked. I started using this one and my hair grew back and is longer in the back. And I love the Mousse and the Lifting Sparta, it is the best if you have problems with your hair thinning or not as full as you like. Try this, if it doesn’t work you can always stop using it!
