I had to discontinue the vitamin supplements as I was growing hair in unwanted places; predominantly the facial area. I continue using the shampoo, conditioner, the spray on treatment and the blow drying formula for my hair. Merry hair does continue falling out, but there’s always new growth, and I do not have bald spots.

I have thin hair to begin with, and I noticed I was losing quite a bit in the shower and when I brushed my hair. At first, I thought it was stress, or maybe my shampoo. Within two months of using the product, my hair was growing back. It's thicker, more manageable and no longer falling out. I love the products; it truly does work. This is an amazing product! I am not even finished with my first bottle and my hair is thicker, fuller, longer and the thinning, as well as hair loss has not returned! Truly amazing and I am very, very pleased. The mask makes your hair feel like silk and shiny! I HIGHLY recommend this product if you have any hair issues like I did. Ordering the Keranique package of shampoo, conditioner, and hair renewing spray was the best thing I've done for myself in a long time. My hair was thinning more and more. I even had bald spots. After a little more than four months, I have hair where there was none, and lots of volume. The people I've contacted have been helpful and courteous. This is a great product and a caring company.

I purchased the three-step treatment kit in November 2017 and faithfully followed the directions for use. In late January 2018, I notice that the thinning areas of my hair had regrowth starting and this has continued to this date (June 2018) with about 1 and 1/2 inches of regrowth. Needless to say, I am SO grateful for this product. An added bonus is that my hair has become shiny again with its old bounce and the natural curl has become more pronounced.

The customer service staff has provided excellent, professional, and efficient assistance to any concerns or questions I have had about the product, shipping, etc. It is a real treat to speak with warm, fuzzy persons who have a knack to connect with a person on the other end of the line!

I am really pleased with this system. As others may have written, there is always a little bit of skepticism when you try out something new. When you're at the age where you have to be taking care of your skin, then the hair is the major one. You start to have thinning hairline and then falling hair, brittle strands and dry scalp. When I saw these products on TV, I did call right away and couldn't wait to use it. I've been using these products since then. Everyone is complimenting how shiny, thick and healthy my hair is.
