As I move toward changing my (our, hubby too) diet, as humans, it isn't always perfect. Lectin Shield gives me the peace of mind that I am moving forward and making progress. Infrequently is when we eat out or at someone else's home. Though approved foods for the Gundry diet are used, we are not the chef in the kitchen, and are aware there may be ingredients we are not aware of.
