I had my appointment today with a very professional NP...She was extremely nice and caring but I think the thing that was the most comforting is how normal and down to earth she was. I don’t usually write reviews but I love this company! During this pandemic you may not want to go to the doctor’s office but they are here for you online. I’ve tried others and have been scammed. Lemonaid Heath has been the best to me. You know who your doctor is and can chat/video chat with them unlike the rest. They are easy to contact and will usually get back to you the same day! I’ve been using this service since 2017 and everybody I have dealt with is so friendly, you can’t go wrong with them!

I was skeptical about this but Danielle validated what I was feeling and really looked at my history and answers. She was very understanding and called back after reviewing my medications to discuss which ones couldn't be taken together. She was also very thorough about how this process works. I was worried that this was all just blown out of proportion in my head and I was being stupid to seek help. That and I have seen this go terribly wrong in others. I felt respected and validated.

I am so happy to have found Lemonaid Health! I am a previous customer of The Pill Club and their service was so shady, poor customer service and zero response to serious questions and concerns. This app was easy to navigate, I was able to speak with Alex NP and get the birth control I needed without a hitch! During shelter in place, my mental health was not being managed through my usual ways: exercise and going to the beach. I found Lemonaid on Instagram and thought I’d try. The initial intake was about 20 minutes before I was virtually seen. The NP was very thorough with my medical history and talked about the benefits of the medication. I agreed with her assessment and in 2 days I started my medication. I can contact them 24-7 through the app with any questions or concerns. I lost did a follow up with Danielle NP and again was impressed with her professionalism and bedside manner, even if it was over the phone.
