This app is absolutely THE BEST! It is very affordable and they always get me the treatment I need faster than any local doctor ever has! On a Sunday when most places of business are closed and I feel too ill to get out of bed, Dr. Davis Liu came through! Within less than ten minutes I was able to video chat with the same doctor that I saw my first time using Lemonaid Health three years ago! I highly recommend!

Finally, something good to come from the internet, haha! I couldn't be happier with this. There is no reason I should have to take hours out of my day to travel to a doc who is going to spend 5 minutes with me just for a standard prescription.
Truth be told, I probably spent more time talking to the Lemonaid doctor than I would have been able had I saw one in person. Plus, the professionalism, attention to detail, and medical acumen were better than I received from in-person visits!
I also love that the prescriptions can be sent thru my insurance. The cost of the doctor's visit is literally the same as a copay then.
My only "complaint" is that I can't do more through the ap (to be fair, the services offered are quite extensive).

Lemonaid has been a lifesaver for me this last year because I have not had health insurance. I was able to video chat with a doctor or NP and get the birth control I needed easily and it was also very convenient and affordable. They also send you refills 3 months at a time and they get here very quickly. Shout out to NP Andre for helping me out. This is a great service for those who do not have insurance or do...or need convenient access to healthcare medications, etc. I would recommend Lemonaid to everyone.

This service provides quick and informational help when struggling with a non-emergency issue. I, from time to time, experience UTIs and with a busy life, heading to the doctor isn’t always an option. Lemonaid has a team of helpful and friendly doctors and nurse practitioners who are ready to help. I don’t have insurance and you can’t beat the cost plus the time saved, this app is a win-win.

I’d read a few reviews of similar online services and decided to take a chance based on the limited information available online. I quickly and easily filled in the required questionnaire and scheduled a phone consultation prior to Rx as is required by state law. The call was scheduled and executed on the same day that I placed my order. The healthcare provider with whom I spoke, Timothy Ryder, NP-C, was courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, respectful of my concerns and was incredibly personable. What might have otherwise been an uncomfortable consultation turned out to be a disarming, friendly, and informative conversation regarding my treatment and healthcare options. If only all healthcare could be this pleasant and easy.
Timothy Ryder, NP-C is a credit to his organization and to healthcare as a whole. He’s a true credit to his profession.
Terrific service! I plan to make additional inquiries regarding another concern I have that I can’t afford to waste time sitting in a germ-ridden waiting room to address.

I had a consult with Lemonaid this morning regarding acne treatment. The provider was courteous and professional. He did not rush off the phone with me, rather he asked multiple times if there is anything else he could do to help me. I was very impressed. And their medication delivery service is actually cheaper for me to use than going through my pharmacy with insurance. Highly recommend!

I have a history of periodic UTI’s; I know my symptoms. I needed to be seen on the Sunday of a holiday weekend, and wanted to avoid waiting until Tuesday or paying a lot for a walk-in clinic. Lemonaid’s online process was easy, and the follow-up call came within the hour (even though the site said I’d have to wait significantly longer). Dr. Bhat was professional, and my Rx was sent straight to my regular pharmacy. Definitely a game-changer.

I had a wonderful experience using Lemonaid. They got to me quickly, really understood any questions or concerns I had, and made sure I was healthy in other ways rather than the one reason for my appointment. It may take a few minutes in the online waiting room, but it was worth it. Especially for moms who might have kids running around, she now doesn’t have to load them all in the car and keep them entertained while she has her appointment. I would definitely recommend using a Telehealth service.

Thank you for being here to help me start my quitting journey. I didn’t mind waiting only maybe 20 minutes to visit with a nurse practitioner. I’m committed to quitting cigarettes. It even caused arguments between my spouse and I. I have been motivated for a while but no other methods were enough for me. I do not have health insurance at this time so despite general good health, small health issues pop up, like a recent UTI. I live in a very small town so a trip to a doctor (about a 20-minute drive) would have been incredibly uncomfortable. Plus I would have had to wait about six hours since the symptoms cropped up at two in the morning. I received a treatment plan quickly that was more thorough than most face-to-face doctor visits I've had in the past. The treatment plan also included helpful advice to prevent future infections. I am very impressed with this service and definitely recommend it to anyone in need of quick, but in-depth medical assistance. Thank you, Lemonaid Health, for your services!

Questions were reasonable, time was not long for questioning, diagnosis doctor called me within 3-4 hours and went thoroughly through my questioning and was listening to what I was saying and ordered me exactly what I needed. Did better than my actual doctor really.

I felt a UTI coming on midday Friday. I’ve had them in the past and know how my body feels as it develops. I requested a consult Saturday morning and had a call from a Lemonaid provider within 20 minutes - far less than the up to 24 hours I was told it could take. Very quick and easy and the provider was kind and friendly. Would definitely use again!

I have been using Lemonaid for birth control for a while now, I just had to get a new prescription and I will use Lemonaid for a very long time. I got to talk to Sara NP on the phone yesterday and she was so nice and I just love how she actually cared and wanted to have a conversation with me, not just all business, but was still very professional.

So happy that I went with Lemonaid! They made getting birth control super easy and affordable. Not having to go into a doctor's office was super convenient, especially when you don’t have insurance.
