After filling in a brief medical history, the NP was connected to me in less than 5 minutes and our consultation was easy, thorough, and I was able to get the medication I needed sent to my usual local pharmacy, all in less than 10 minutes. It saved me a new patient visit at a local clinic that would have cost me at least double (if not more since I'm uninsured) and helped me feel safer because I didn't have to go in public, much less a doctors office, with COVID being a pressing concern.
