Accidentally stumbled upon this company looking for tips on UTI relief and I'm so glad I did. I did not want to have to leave my house and go to a clinic. Doc called me within hours to send in a prescription and I paid the same as I would a regular office visit copay. So easy. Will definitely use them again. Dina was very kind and knowledgeable. Got a call from a doctor for a birth control consultation earlier than my scheduled appointment! The call took 5 minutes and the doctor was very friendly. So far my experience has been great!

I was googling trying to figure out what my symptoms meant and read through the website explaining my symptoms and how to best treat, which ended with promoting their online medical service, which is half the price of a minute clinic or urgent care for a doctor to call you then call in the script you need. I was so bummed because it said it operates 8-5 pm PST and I was looking at the website at 5:00 pm on the dot. I filled out the information, paid the fee, and felt comforted knowing at least I’d be getting a call tomorrow morning. Not even 15 minutes later a doctor called me, diagnosed and called in a script to my CVS. I will literally never walk into another minute clinic or urgent care again now that I know this exists. The doctor was super professional, asked all sorts of questions, and I felt I was actually just as great care as I would in person without the wait time and hassle of going somewhere. I can’t recommend this service highly enough.

Danielle was patient and willing to work with me to find an appropriate medicine. She seemed knowledgable, and it seemed she acted with actual concern. She was good in describing my treatment plan. Using Lemonaid Health services for treatment was a breeze! I had a great experience with them and I highly recommend. I went down to check my blood pressure prior to filling out the online survey of medical questions and had an in-person exam within the past 6 months so I was good to go. They are quick with setting up an appointment the following day during the week as a follow-up and you just answer some simple medical questions online. Highly recommend.

I was shocked at the level of care and counseling I was provided. I really thought this was going to be a "wham-bam thank you ma’am here’s a script" sort of service. Instead, I was greeted warmly. My concerns were discussed and I was given coping strategies and made to feel like I am an individual in an office setting. The doctor addressed my concerns and delved even deeper into things I had not thought about. I will definitely continue this service as I feel I could benefit in the long term.

I can't even begin to express how grateful I am to Lemonaid Health. I don't have health insurance from my job and don't have the ability to pay the expensive out-of-pocket costs to pay for private insurance. With Lemonaid Health you don't need to have health insurance to get amazing care. Their cost of visits and monthly medications are appropriately priced and a great value. The people who work there are so compassionate and take as much time as you need to express how you feel or what you're dealing with and answer all the questions you have. I often ask lots of questions when I take a new medication and always feel embarrassed to ask what some people might deem as "stupid question", but no questions are considered stupid to the Lemonaid Health staff. Big thanks to Trisha and Dina. I don't know where I'd be today without them and Lemonaid Health.

The only meds I take are for thyroid. I was supposed to be moving this spring, changed insurance and needed a refill. Tried Lemonaid and it was so easy and quick I couldn't believe it. I had to get tested, so I went to a quest lab, everything was set up when I got there, no extra billing, in and out. Results were sent fast and I had my meds in days. And I got them at my local Walmart for $10 instead of using their mail service. I just got a refill, due to the COVID, I haven't moved and haven't been able to get a new doc. Lemonaid to the rescue again! A+.
