My cramps are absolutely terrible, just as painful as labor contractions but more localized. Because of Livia, I’m able to function almost like normal. Being a mother of two toddlers, I’m not allowed downtime by them. I still get a few random cramps on the first day or two of my period that I feel while using Livia but minor compared to without.

For someone with endometriosis that results in debilitating cramps, this is a miracle product. It’s super easy to use and works pretty quick. It’s small and clips right to your underwear or pants. It’s a great thing to not have to take a bunch of pain killers and save my liver some damage while being able to proceed with my day.

I bought Livia to help with my menstrual cramps.
I used to take 5 or more oral medication in a week for them, now I just use one for menstrual headaches.
I love Livia, she changed my life; now I can work (I'm a barista) all day without feeling pain and I turn it on and off several times during the day based on the pain I feel.
Just a recommendation (based on my personal experience): don't use Livia for more than 6/7 hours consecutive because the pad glue can irritate the skin.
I used a body lotion prescribed by my doctor and the irritation resolved within a couple of days.
I recommend this product to my colleagues anytime I have a period!
Length of Use: 6–12 months
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Pros and Cons
The fact that I have not used medication
I can decide the intensity
Gel pads can irritate skin
