After years of painful periods, keeping me home from school or from going to social events and limiting what I could do in general, I tried Livia. I am so glad I did. I am now able to function on my period and no longer miss out. It erases my pain and is easy to use and discrete, plus not in your way at all. LOVE IT.

I've been on prescription painkillers since the age of 12 and they are no longer working fast enough. My Livia is a godsend as you just have to turn it on for instant relief! No harmful side effects, no monthly drain on medication, and no explaining to the boss why you need to go home sick again.

The gentle electrical pulses can be altered in intensity to suit YOUR period which is brilliant as there are some days where the pain is worse. Plus it charges with a regular micro USB cable, meaning it's super easy to charge when traveling and you'll never have to go hunting for batteries! The range of skin colors means that you can match it to your outfit too which is an added bonus.

The only thing holding me back from giving it full marks is down to the electrode wires not being long enough for bigger girls such as myself, however, the company has since told me that they are going to look into this and I cannot wait!

My cramps get worse every month and I'm off pain medication so going to school without a heating pad is not possible. Having a Livia is literally life-changing! Being on medication that doesn't react well with Maxidol, or anything with naproxen, and Advil/ibuprofen not being nearly strong enough, I felt as though I would never find something that actually relieved my gut-wrenching cramps until I met Livia! And my goodness she makes me be able to LIV.

Seriously, it's the easiest device ever, you just charge it up (like your phone or AirPods), and once it's charged, you plug in the cord with two circles at the end which are stickers, like super-strong stickers, you stick those honestly wherever you feel the pain the most. I like to stick them on either side just below my belly button and right above my pelvic bone, if that makes sense. But it really doesn't matter because once you have that stuck on you and you press the power button and then the little "+" sign, that button is magic. I honestly never have to go past level 3, it's pretty intense and starts to tickle, I find, and honestly make my abs kick in or something. The battery lasts all day too! With the clip on the back you can clip it right to your pants, or hide it onto your underwear if needed. It's so small it's not even noticeable with a t-shirt and leggings on!

I could keep going on about all of the amazing pros about Livia, but you should truly just try it! I literally have no cons about this product! I'm a Livia girl for life.

As a female who struggles with PCOS and very intense periods, this device has been a game-changer for me.
