I need to stop my order because I did last month and you still took money out of my account and I don't want it anymore. Please, I canceled my subscription last month and I had money taken out of my account. I don't even use it anymore.

The airbrush machine itself is great. I had an allergic reaction to the makeup and then a rare asthmatic reaction because of airbrushing. The thing is if I had bought it through Amazon instead of Luminess's actual website, I could have returned without a headache. There is a penalty of a restocking fee and if there is a cost to ship it back, I will find out shortly when I get to the post office. Then their disclosure that if it breaks during shipment I am fully responsible. I stopped listening because I realized I'm screwed. Wish I could just keep it and use it. It put makeup on great. Now I just have a bad taste in my mouth.

The return policy is a lot of bells and whistles. You must pay for return as they do not inform you of this. You are not refunded this charge as they don't tell you while ordering. On the site you are told, "five payments of 59.99 is $ 319.90". Ladies please, please do the math, it's not, it's less. And when you have to return the unused portion, you only get charged $39.95 (now it suppose to be a trail) back, not the $34.91 for the kit. You just get $29.95 back. Then $10.00 for something they call additional options. Then they will send back in a heart beat but it takes call after call to get this small refund of $39.95 but not the $44.91 that you as a consumer spent ordering it, not to mention the $11.80 you have to pay just to return a unused item.

One does not have to have a brain to see it was never taken out off the box. So therefore it could never have been used. Good luck if you ever buy this.

I was duped into buying this product thinking that it cost the advertised price in the infomercial. This item will cost you over $350. It's ridiculous. They should make this information clearer and should be sued for unethical business practice.

I ordered the Luminess Air online (based on the advertisement on TV) clearly thinking I was getting it for around $50 with a few sample makeup bottles (they are tiny). I received it, tried it once and didn't like it. I didn't return it (big mistake) because in my mind I thought, I'll just eat the $50 I already paid! Two weeks ago, my bank account was charged $82.94. The first of five easy payments. Do the math, $414.70. That's in addition to the $50 paid up front.

Obviously, at some point, I missed the "small print" about the $50 basically being a rental cost for this cheap machine! Now because I'm just passed the 30 day return policy, I apparently can not return the product. When I called, they basically told me, too bad, so sad (as they laugh all the way to the bank). I am responsible for ALL payments. This is total BULL. I was duped. ANYONE want to buy this machine from me? I'll sell it for half

I was trying to order the kit off the TV. I wanted the kit but then the sales person wanted me to upgrade, then buy coupons that I did not want. After 15 minutes of the him not taking no, I told him to forget it all. I am not buying due to bulling or rudeness from this company. After I checked my banking account, he still took out $39.91. That is fraud. I will see what, if anything, the DA can do to get my money returned.

Don't purchase this product unless you understand the full cost of the product. The TV commercial makes you believe that the full cost of the product for the air brush is $29.95. However, when you receive the product you'll find out that the full cost is $430 with 5 installments. I'm very disappointed with the company for not being upfront in their advertisement or when placing the order.

This product is a joke, in the commercial they tell you it is only 19.99. When you receive the product, they send you a packing list that tells you to pay 5 affordable payments of 69.99, they never mention this in the commercial. Then you call to return the product, but they don't give you your money back, plus you have to pay to send it back. Not a happy experience.

Luminess Air is a typical spam company supported by sick legal system. This is simply a trap. I have received a product that was not matching my skin tone. They never send me other products as they promised. I was able to speak with customer service once. I was told my new makeup will be send. I have never received any replacement and I have returned the product with returning label. They charged me the same amount anyway. This system is sick. Somebody has to stop these scammers.

I took forever to receive the product but didn't take them long to start deducting $400 from my account.

I took 3-4 of the little cups to apply makeup. It came out so fast that I couldn't move the wand fast enough to get a decent coverage. Customer service was so rude to me because they thought I should like the product and told me that it was my fault, not the product's that it didn't work as they said it would.

My girlfriend did not like the product and we got the first delivery

of addition product. I called and canceled the account and got a return address for the last delivery.

I returned the product by mail.

I thought that this would be the end of the story. NOT. I find out they charged my account for two additional payments after I canceled. I call them and they told me that they have no record of my call or cancellation and they never received the return.

SCAM. Greedy liars. I am going to make as much noise as possible so that fewer people get ripped off.
