I have used MCT Wellness for four months as a refreshing drink with adding some ice, and also in my morning coffee after it cools down some. MCT sweetens my cold drink as well as my coffee so I don't have to add any Stevia.

I have always had problems with constipation and now MCT Wellness has helped me with this ongoing battle. I will always have MCT Wellness on hand. Thank you, Dr. G, for this great product.

I enjoy using MCT Wellness as an afternoon pick-me-up. I can tell it is getting about 3pm as my energy starts to lag. To get me through the rest of the day I use one scoop of the MCT Wellness in a large insulated container. I like the flavor and I use cold water so it is very refreshing.

I love the MCT Wellness. I love how I feel when I take it. The watermelon lemonade flavor is my favorite of all Dr. Gundry's products. I even mix my Vital Reds with it sometimes and the flavor is still very good. I feel full longer in the mornings so that I'm not starving around lunchtime. I feel that I can focus better at work instead of having brain fog. Thanks Dr. Gundry!

Don't like the flavor or how long it takes to dissolve. I do like the sustained energy boost. I have only been taking it for about a month. It is helping me get through long days of work without the ups and downs. I have given up coffee, so this product is helping me get over caffeine.

Easy to use as it comes in a fine powder with a mini scoop. Nice size container, easy to open and store in your kitchen. Printing of ingredients is a tad small to read, as I'm going to need reading glasses.

The taste is nice, but a tad too sweet. I use it as a supplement in frozen 4 berry fruit smoothies along with vegan protein powder, Total Restore, Vitamin D, 1/2 cup orange juice, and some olive oil and water. Overall can't comment yet on health benefits as I have been using it for less than 3 months. Need to wait about 6 to 12 months.

I am on the second container now and can honestly state that my energy levels have increased. Maybe I actually had the CCP virus, and my symptom was exhaustion? I was feeling very tired every day for about 3 weeks - so tired that all I wanted to do was sleep. I didn't have time for that, so I felt like I was dragging myself around everywhere. Then after reading about Gundry Energy Renew and MCT Wellness, I ordered. Within a week of taking the supplements, I am feeling much better. I add to my smoothie every day!
