ActivatedYou Morning Complete

My daughter and I are both using Morning Complete for the first time. My daughter, who is 16, loves that the product helps with bloating. I have had a good experience with the product, but feel the advertised result of helping with elimination, with no effort, could be better. I have had constipation issues for years and had hoped this would be the answer to my problem. I do have to say it is better, going maybe every other day instead of every 4-5 days, but was hoping for at least every day, without the discomfort of feeling like I need to go, but just can't.

I also feel the product is a bit expensive. I know it has more ingredients than an over the counter pro/prebiotic, but honestly, I may try the over the counter stuff before I buy more Moring Complete. Thanks.

I started Morning Complete because it has both the pre and probiotic plus other helpers for gut health. I already had a healthy stool function, but after starting this the first three days I had none, which worried me. My normal has returned with a change in texture to the positive. I haven't had all the remarkable benefits Maggie Q experienced. My skin has been breaking out more, but I think I have a bit more energy. I am not sure I'll purchase more after I run out, we'll see!

I’d had that "backed-up" feeling for weeks before starting to use the product. Once I started taking it, first thing in the morning, I immediately felt some relief, but I never had that complete feeling of "emptiness."

So, I started taking a second scoop of the product just before bedtime. Worked like a charm!

This formula has been a great way to start off my day. I suffer from acute diverticulitis and ActivatedYou is beneficial for my digestive system. Things are beginning to smooth out for me and Morning Complete has a lot to do with it. My tired old eyes had a problem with the detail information, but I have overcome this. I like very much having this as a powder for a morning drink. Supplement pills are getting to me. Morning Complete has a most welcome delivery!

It takes a while to see a difference or to start working. The only other thing is the taste. I don’t think there is a way to make it taste good. At the end of the day it does make you eliminate more often, but no, I do not feel a lot better yet. But I am going to keep using it.

I've been using ActivatedYou for just a month.

The first week showed no perceptible difference; then weeks two and three I found the voiding more consistent with the advertisement, which induced me to purchase (two to four times each day).

Week four my bowels are back to what they were before (one or two movements a week).

After using ActivatedYou for five days I sent in a request for assistance in getting the powder to dissolve

I cannot get the power to dissolve and stay dissolved in any fluids. I tried all of the following and still had sediment in the bottom of my glass/jar after just five minutes:

1. Shake in a smoothie mixer before placing in a glass (cold water).

2. Shake in a smoothie mixer with 1/2 of the water I would use (hot water) and then adding cold water and ice in the glass.

3. Mixing in a NutriBullet (cold water).

4. Mixing in a Ninja (cold water).

I would welcome any suggestions. I like the flavor, but I don't like sipping sediment. I received a response within 24 hours that simply says:

“I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble mixing the product today.

I recommend using more water, if possible. However, due to the natural ingredients we use, a small amount of undissolved product can be normal. Not to worry, all of the key ingredients do fully dissolve and are not left behind, so you are still receiving the full benefits of the product.

I hope this helps put your mind at ease, and I apologize for any inconveniences caused.”

I’m already using 32 ounces of water, so using more water would be almost unthinkable. I still like the product and hope it begins to work as described again soon.

I was skeptical at the start, but it tastes really good, and now I add my super collagen powder to it too and not bad at all. Other than helping with restroom issues, I am not really sure what it is doing for me, but since I don't go to doctors, I do know all the good things that are in it and kind of don't want to stop drinking it now. I just have a problem spending that much money sometimes. But all in all, I love the product!
