It's almost been a month since I started taking Morning Complete. I was surprised by how satisfied the drink made me feel. I also noticed a reduction of bloating in my stomach. I have enjoyed the Morning Complete. I feel better and am having less digestive problems. I used to have to take additional fiber tablets to be regular and feel okay. Morning Complete has allowed me to get rid of the tablets and keeps me more regular with much less bloating and odd chemicals. It really works. I feel cleaner and healthier. The bloat is gone!

I haven't seen much in the way of weight loss, but I feel better, have more energy, and am more confident in my digestive system. I like that I am getting my pre and probiotics as well as my greens on a regular basis. I mix them in a fruit and vegetable smoothie each morning or just a bottle of water. This product is truly amazing. The weight is coming off slowly. It is because I have become obese and it has kept increasing year after year.
