When I saw the title of this product, I knew I had to try it. You see, I had gastric sleeve surgery on February 7th of this year. 80% of my stomach was removed. Getting enough fluids in can be a matter of health or not - life or death. It’s serious business. Fluid intake for a weight loss surgery is if the utmost importance. I didn't know what to expect since most of these products don't work, but to my surprise, this one started working for me, which I noticed after about two weeks. 1st - I've tried other products. I've returned other products. This I'm keeping and will reorder.

2nd - ActvatedYou does everything Maggie Q stated. More poop, less bloating (for me, much less), more energy, less cravings! I'd keep it just for those reasons...but for me, I have had an added benefit. My mood is/has greatly increased! I've been on and off antidepressants for 37 years. Nine years ago I considered myself as a strong runner. I ran 6 to 12 miles, 2 to 3 times a week, but since last year, I lost the motivation to exercise the way I used to be.
