I started Morning Complete to help me achieve my weight loss goals as I was having trouble losing weight. I also like the idea of the extra benefit of the pre and probiotics. It’s super easy to mix with a glass of water and drink first thing. So much easier than my smoothies I was making. I will admit the taste isn’t too bad, but I can detect the faint hint of green apple I read about.

I must say the first few days were spent very close to the bathroom. After a few days my system began to settle down. I have kick started my weight loss by losing 5 lbs in 4 weeks.

While it would be nice to say I have lost weight - I haven't. But that's ok because it is not the real reason why I started ActivatedYou. I have a going problem, after taking drinking this every day I am now going every day once or twice a day depending on how much I’m eating, which is a good thing for me. I do feel better and have an even flow of energy throughout the day. I am a very productive person anyway.

I started using Morning Complete Daily for about one month now. I was intrigued by the claims of its positive effects on the GI tract. I had been experiencing issues with bloating and cramping. My doctor wanted to place me on a medication for SIBO (Small Intestine Bacteria Overgrowth) and reported that my liver enzymes would be checked periodically. I wanted a non-pharm remedy and decided to try this product.

My symptoms have disappeared. I feel more energetic and the bloating is no longer an issue!

I love Morning Complete! Since I’ve started taking it, my coffee consumption has gone WAY down, which I never thought would happen! I have lots of energy which gets me through a busy day, and I’m much more regular. The gurgling of my tummy has stopped and I just feel all around better!
