When I first started taking Morning Complete, I was taking it on an empty stomach and it was causing my gut to make loud noises all day, so I tried taking it after breakfast and those noises soon stopped.

I started feeling a difference in my gut after about 5 days of taking it. I felt less bloated and heavier, and my stomach looked flatter. Overall, I felt so much better, even my skin started looking better, and I had more energy.

But, after taking it for two weeks, my gut and my stomach started to bother me, just a lot of gas and some bloating. So, I decided to stop taking it and see what happens and the gas and bloating went away.

I still feel like it helped tremendously and would recommend it to anybody, just pay attention and listen to what your body is telling you.

I have been off of it for about two weeks now, but I do plan on retaking it in a week.

I admit to being skeptical initially with the Morning Complete breakfast powder drink but was willing to give it a try. I have been on it, on and off, for a few weeks and my observation is that it truly provides one energy and does improve GI (gastrointestinal) health in terms of regular bowel habits, which helps reduce the sensation of bloatedness. The abdominal circumference will take more time and physical activity to decrease in size, but I believe the first two results help jumpstart this third desired effect. I purchased Morning Complete after rave reviews from my parents. I have a glass every morning at 6 am, after a high-intensity spin class, and I’m starving by 8. It also destroys my stomach unless I eat with it. Let’s be fair, I do have a sensitive stomach. The nutrients I get are great, and I’ll keep drinking it.

I've been drinking my Morning Complete after my coffee in the mornings (probably not the right order) and have experienced some constipation, and even thought this might not be for me. So I called to cancel, but when I explained what I was experiencing, I was told that was normal and to keep taking it for 2 more weeks, that it would get better, and so I agreed to do that. So it is still on a trial basis for me. I have to admit, I've skipped some days this last week, kind of get tired of the taste, but I'll try harder this week. I love getting these good greens in my body!

I take a lot of supplements, however, when I added Morning Complete and the prebiotic, it seems that my energy is a little better.

Life is so good, and it is a little hard to tell what supplement is the most beneficial. These products seem good to me, so I am going to continue using them.

When I first began ActivatedYou, I experienced worse bloating, didn't like the feeling at all, so I stopped for a while. I was encouraged by one of their people who answered my email to continue, that sometimes, in the beginning, a person will experience this because of the toxins, so I continued and am so happy I did! Nothing but good things happening now!

I’m so excited to have tried this, I have tummy problems, constipation and bloating. Since I’ve been drinking this every morning, I haven’t missed one yet. I do not have that tummy problem now, and I find that I feel much better, I even find I have more energy and stamina through the day. A person who suffers from fibromyalgia, having energy isn’t something I'm used to, but this has definitely helped in so many ways! I’m so grateful to have started this, and I’m on my second month! I like the taste, low calories, and it mixes pretty well with water. I am sensitive to spinach, which is included in this product. I would love it if they could make it without the spinach. Maybe there is another plant that is low in lectins and one I'm not sensitive to that could be substituted? It has improved my daily elimination and overall digestion of fats (my gallbladder has been removed).

I would really appreciate a product without spinach in the formula.
