I like the taste and how easy it mixes with my water. I was expecting more energy, but am still sluggish. I was also expecting to have more bowel movements, but only have one a day. That is an improvement though. I like it enough to buy again, just don't know if it is worth the price for the results I am getting?

I enjoy starting my day with Morning Complete. I add a hefty scoop to my water bottle and take it with me. The taste is pleasant, and I know it is good for me because of the wonderful and natural ingredients.

The bag that it comes in is cumbersome and messy to manage. I have to reach my entire hand in to get a scoop. Also, I travel for work and play, and the bag is not very sturdy to withstand travel.

I had no idea how irregular my digestive system had become until I started drinking a small scoop of Morning Complete every day. Wow! I add the juice of half a lemon or lime and a splash of apple cider vinegar and ice and just keep refilling all day. My husband calls it rocket fuel and loves it as well for keeping his daily digestion regular. My main concern was how it tasted because if the flavor was yucky I know I just wouldn’t use it. But it’s delicious. Tastes like a crisp green apple. I don’t taste cinnamon at all, which is good as I don’t care for cinnamon. I will never stop drinking it. Seemed pricey at first for quantity in each packet, until you realize how little you actually need to get results. It is easier to use if you pour into small Tupperware to keep in the fridge. Great product!

I saw the ad for ActivatedYou, and could totally relate to Maggie's symptoms! I am a registered nurse infection preventionist working in a busy hospital and caring for my 87-year-old mother. I have been using Morning Complete for about 3 weeks. I didn't get to use it right away because I was out of town when it arrived. The first week I used it I really felt like it was making changes, but I can't tell as much in this third week.

I gave it to my father also and he reports that he is more regular now.

I am very regular and it seems in this third week I am not going as much as my usual. Most days I am not as hungry though, that is a good thing. I am on the fence but want to finish what I bought then stop for a week or two and see if I can tell any difference.
