Over the past couple of years, heartburn became an increasing difficulty. After I got used to the apple cinnamon taste in the morning, things got better. It took about 3-4 weeks of consistent daily use to really feel a difference. I am also using the restorative pills with the Complete. I am actually having regularity in my bowels for the first time ever. I do wish they had other flavors to choose from because apple cinnamon has never been a favorite of mine, but if you can handle that, it’s worth a try.

This product is very easy to take. I even brought it on vacation with me so that I would not miss taking it for a week. It has definitely made me much more regular and has helped my digestive process quite a bit. I no longer get intestinal discomfort when I eat. For me, it has not really helped my bloating yet. I listened to Maggie Q’s video and decided to order. I’ve been taking the Morning Complete for a little over two months. In order to give it a fair try, I haven’t missed even one day. I’m 62 years old and my husband is 71. He actually agreed to take it too. We both have become “regular,” which neither of us have been for years. We have more energy too. I also notice it controls my appetite.

I am a 70-year-old military retiree with multiple health issues, including knee and back pain, arthritis, diabetes etc., normal age-related issues.
