After reading numerous sites related to health remedies, I was intrigued by the research and formulation that Morning Complete offered. I have been on the supplement now for about one month, and have certainly experienced improved digestion. I have seen my skin improve, and general health also. I ordered three bags of Morning Complete two months ago and my life has been turned upside down. I have been struggling the last 9 months with high cholesterol, a lack of weight loss and severe constipation. Please understand that I work out 3-5 times a week and I have a healthy diet/lifestyle. I really like ActivatedYou. I make a shake out of it in the morning. I used water at first. I found it made me extremely gassy, however. I began experimenting with coconut water and still a bit gassy. I changed to coconut milk and added half a banana. I don't know if that is the difference, or if it's just that my stomach is finally getting used to it after a month, but I find the gassiness to be minimal now.

I do feel it is giving me more energy as well. I'm not dragging my feet when I wake up in the morning and not crashing in the middle of the day.

I really do like it, but I don’t always remember to take it. I really like it in my smoothies! I do feel more energy when I take it. I need to keep working on making it a routine. The flavor is good...it wasn’t bad in just a water bottle. I do really like it best with a frozen smoothie. I also had my husband try it. He also liked it and felt the energy from it.

It took about two weeks to kick in, but once it did, the results have been great - improved digestion, elimination of periodic bloated feeling, and increased energy.
