I have been feeling sluggish and irregular for way too long. Changing foods I eat, to going to the doctor for a colonoscopy! All the doctor could tell me is to try Metamucil daily until the right dose tested over months worked for me. I saw Maggie’s video and this had my name all over it! I don’t like eating early, so Morning Complete sounded perfect. I love the Apple Cinnamon flavor too! I’ve been using it for just over a month now and already feel better! This product is amazing! I cannot believe how much energy it gives me throughout the day. I mix the powder with 8oz water, then mix with 8oz protein shake, a couple ice cubes in a blender, and drink that as my breakfast.
