ActivatedYou Morning Complete

I only started the last two days. The taste is quite strong but I am more interested in the benefit. I will give myself a couple more days to see how I will feel. As a former Olympic athlete my body usually responds quite fast to new supplements or changes in diet. I took it last night and this morning and I got up a 5 am, which I never do since I am a night owl. The Morning Complete may have kicked in right away from one serving last night. I know I am supposed to take it in the morning, but I had an empty stomach last night and wanted to try in right away. And yes, I slept really well. I took it around 6 pm and went to bed at around 12 midnight night. Thanks for the product and I will see how I feel in the next few days.
