I finished the first 30 days of Morning Complete. I take it with my daily vitamin supplements and ACV. I have improved my bowel movement regularity and consistency. Mind focus and energy have increased a bit due to improving nutrition/eating habits and weekly exercise routine. I will continue taking Morning Complete for another 30 days to see if progress improves.

Since taking Morning Complete each morning, I feel more energetic and less fatigued. It didn't happen overnight but took at least two weeks. At first, I was a little skeptical about it. I started drinking the Morning Complete and to my surprise, kaboom! I visited the restroom more frequently (about 2 to 3 times daily). Our son introduced us to Morning complete. As senior citizens, we were a little leery at first, but purchased three bags to share for a start. I have a long history of pneumonia and my husband got complications to flu last winter and spent two months in the hospital and rehab, 21 days of which were in ICU. His immune system and GI system really took a toll from this illness.

We both have been on a lot of antibiotics, and I'm sure our good gut bacteria have been destroyed and resulted in a lot of GI issues.

At first, we both were not too happy with the appearance of the Morning Complete when dissolved, but as time passed into the 2nd month, we have found that the apple cinnamon flavor is fairly pleasant.

Both of us have had less GI issues. We are looking forward to seeing what other physical issues we have improved.

There are no immediate results to be felt or seen; it took a long time to get my body in its current state and it will take time to repair and get it to a healthier state. I feel it slowly working, but I know there are long-term benefits on the horizon. The product itself is great, but the paper bag it's in is not very durable or easy to handle over time. Morning Complete should be in some kind of sturdy container.
