Although I am only on day three of using this product, I’d like to point out a few things after reading some of the comments. First of all, those of you who say it tastes bad, what are you tasting? I place a scoop into 8 ounces of water and drink it down. It’s not gross or bad at all. You all sound like children. It’s not sweet or fruit-flavored, but it certainly isn’t bad at all! As far as energy, I will say that I noticed I had good energy and my appetite was definitely reduced the last couple of days and that is an added benefit. And now onto the "poop" factor...I’ve had awesome results so far and no bloating or gas, but it’s still early. I’ll check back in at the end of my month to update.

Does it really matter if you use 8 ounces of water? Can you use less? Please say yes...I love this product just can't stand the flavor. Sorry, ActivatedYou, but I love your product.

What a mess! I was so excited to order, and when the delivery came today, the box was inside a plastic bag. While I thought this was curious because it was dry out and no rain forecasted, when I opened my box the entire contents of the packages were leaking powder everywhere. So much so that the entire bottom of the box was covered in 1/2 inch powder. This was an expensive order and I am majorly disappointed. I will be sending back and requesting a refund as I do not feel that I can even try the product since it is leaking and exposed and not sealed. Horrible packaging.

Was really excited to try this product. Not only did I have a lot of bloating and just feeling blah, also being anemic I need the green foods. I noticed in the beginning (first couple weeks) I felt better with a boost of energy, but now I feel very bloated and very gassy, and I don't know why, and I don't know what to do. I don't know if it's the product or if I have to give it more time. It's pricey, I wish it could be less expensive. If it works our bodies are worth it, but I wanna feel better, so I hope I get past this little situation. If anybody's feeling the same way let me know. And if it stops that would be encouraging to know to continue taking it, but I don't wanna continue if this doesn't go away because two weeks of being bloated and just not feeling good, I feel like my waist got larger from so much gas, lol. If this problem stops and never comes back I will recommend it. If this is a side effect that will last forever, I will not recommend it.

Listening to Maggie Q, she is so inspirational and you can tell she’s passionate about her product. I wish I could say that I love it.

I understand that everyone experiences the taste of a product differently. For me, this tastes flat out horrible. It has such an artificial, strong flavor I literally have to hold my nose to get it down. I’ve tried mixing it with extra water, putting it in iced tea, mixing it into a smoothie - no luck - it overpowers everything it goes into. The smell is just as bad and permeates every beverage it’s mixed with. And the texture, it’s almost as bad as the flavor, just super gritty. I’ve been giving this a shot for a few weeks now.

I understand the Die-Off symptoms and I’ve had those as well, which I was willing to try to ride out. But I took a high-end pre and probiotic prior so I’m surprised at those symptoms as well. They seem aggressive for most people in these reviews with very few stating the symptoms eventually went away. I kept reading and reading hoping I found folks who stated the symptoms subsided. I found very few.

All of that aside, I just can’t pay this much money for a product that makes me gag on a daily basis. No downstream positive benefits are worth it. The sad thing is I love both apple and cinnamon, so, you can imagine how gross this tastes to me if I’m taking the time to write this. I’ve read multiple reviews where people are stating the same thing. I don’t know why this isn’t formulated with no flavor or in different flavors that are provided as sample packs to figure out what you like best. Sadly, I need to return my purchase.

I have been using Morning Complete for months now and will be ordering another 6-month supply soon! As many other people have complained, the price vs. the amount of powder in the bottles seems high but for myself, as long as I’m feeling better I will continue to use this product. I have had a problem with bowel movements the last 25 years after having half my thyroid removed and within 2 days of starting this product, I am now having daily movements, not one every 3-4 days which is a major change! I feel so much better! So until I find a comparable product at a cheaper price I will continue to use Morning Complete. When purchasing a six-month supply the price per bottle is much cheaper, especially when they are having a sale. Also, for customers complaining about the taste, I found that mixing it in Crystal Light Peach Mango green tea the taste is hardly noticeable, so instead of mixing it in just water, you may want to try mixing it in something similar.

I was pretty disappointed to open the container containing not even half full, for the price of the product you would expect more. Well, I have taken my second drink today, I felt a little bloated throughout the day, and a little gassy. Hopefully this will disappear in a few days, I will give an update after 30 days into taking the product. I am hopeful that it will take care of the issues as advertised (constipation, less energy), but for now, I would say no to recommending it.

For years I battled with reoccurring sinus infections. Last year alone I was on antibiotics and steroids five times. I finally broke down and started allergy shots, but my immune system is, well...I didn't have one. My gut flora...non existent! I tried a probiotic capsule my doctor suggested, and yogurt, to help combat the fact that I was once again destroying any good bacteria I might have started to grow, but as usual, I was sick again after only being off of antibiotics for a month.

The cycle was never-ending, spring through first freeze every year, and I felt absolutely hopeless. I constantly suffered from reoccurring yeast infections, constipation or bouts of diarrhea, weight gain, and thyroid issues.

I am a high school Special Education teacher. My day starts at 5 am and I often don't get home till 6 pm. I am always tired, even with thyroid medication. Workout or exercise...not a chance! But, one day I watched a video about ActivatedoYu Morning Complete and I thought, what have I got to lose, might as well give it a try. My only BIG mistake was not ordering more at the one time only discount price.

After two weeks, I was begging my 29-year-old daughter get it and begin taking it right away. She did and so did her husband. After a month of Morning Complete, with flu season raging in the school, and my home (I remained the only healthy person in the house), I was a forever client, and I am ordering more today, at a higher price, but oh well, it's worth every cent.

And, if that were the only benefits, and honestly, it would be enough, but there's more. I am now a super pooper! Yes, I actually wrote that, and I am proud of it. Is that all the praise? Nope, I also lost 6 pounds, and the only thing I've changed is no bread or carbs for breakfast. Is THAT all? Almost, just one more thing. Remember how I said I was tired ALL the time? Well, I am still tired at the end of the day, but I'm not bone tired. I'm no longer fighting to stay awake as I drive home. My students even asked me if I had work done or changed my makeup because my skin looked great. I think I just feel better and for the first time in a long time, I feel like I can continue teaching.

I can't wait to see results six months from now.

I feel like I just woke my body from a long, foggy life. Every morning I feel full of good energy, my digestion is wonderful, and my sleep is amazing. I recommend Morning Complete to everyone that has no energy and has poor digestion health.

Did nothing it promised. Being in a bag was really awkward to measure. Did not send it back due to shipping but I still have a whole bag of it. Also if you have a complaint about this product you have to have at least 180 characters in your complaint, so I bet you will not see my complaint.

I have been taking this for 3 weeks and have not felt any positive benefits. I am extremely gassy and uncomfortable. I take this each morning with 8 oz of liquid per the directions. Am very disappointed.
