I'm a competitive long-distance runner, and recently, I've been doing a lot of research into how I can improve my diet to improve my performance. That's when I saw the Maggie Q infomercial. I will admit I was skeptical but thought it wouldn't hurt to try.

After using for over a week, I can already tell a difference in my running training. I don't get tired anymore at the points of my run when I used to get tired before taking MC. Also, like many of the reviews I've read, I noticed an improvement in my BMs and overall digestive system. I am looking forward to how I feel a month from now. More importantly, I am looking forward to crushing my next race.

I'm on my third day of Morning Complete and the first two days of use was difficult. Made me gassy, bloated, and feeling blah, no energy. Today is different, feel great and ready to take on the day. Keeping fingers crossed, this product will work as advertised.

As for the taste, I ordered the Apple Cinnamon flavor, mix with 8oz Almond milk, and I love the taste. No problem!

Also, the drink makes me feel full at least 6-7 hours...

I think the secret is to give it at least a week's test before judging it. Good luck!

My husband ordered this for us and we have been on this for a week now. I have always been quite regular despite poor digestion. I feel great. I take it in diluted 8 oz 50/50 Açaí juice and water.

First tried it in just water, meh. Much easier taken juice. First thing in the morning. I also put a scoop in my water bottle and drink on it throughout the day. Much more energy, I can feel it working, my intestines feel and sound like your waking a sleeping giant, but that’s good and normal. And now my body craves it and is thanking me.

My husband is on it too, he is also enjoying the product. The taste isn’t the greatest, but I have definitely had worse. And it is palatable, not as bad as some have said here.

Morning Complete. Yes, the reviews helped me to decide it was best to only order ONE order to first test the results of Morning Complete. I too was concerned when I placed my order that I was being asked many times if I wanted to increase my order from one to a bigger amount to save a lot of money. I chose to first buy one order and see for myself and no matter how "pushy" the sales pitch is. I have to test the product myself. Also, I was concerned in some of the comments about your products that the package of Morning Complete was not sent in a very safe manner.

I would be very upset if the package came in damaged and leaking and some have stated the product leaked out of its bag. By now I have hopes you would address the problem of poor packaging and the "pushy" sales pitch to buy more for a cheaper price

You say the more you buy the cheaper the product is? I always wonder why the hard sales pitch if the product is as good as it says it is? I just had a bad experience with RELIEF FACTOR. I order the three-week order of $29.00 and got my three week supply but was told I would be sent additional order in a week or so.

First of all, I started taking the RELIEF FACTOR as directed but then was told to take four packs of four pills a day since the original instructions is three packs of four pills a day - his was to be done if I did not experience any immediate relief of pain. To cut to the chase, the RELIEF FACTOR did not give any relief and I stopped future orders ASAP as I was going to be getting a very expensive monthly order and after some interventions, I only had to pay for the first three week trial of RELIEF FACTOR plus the shipping and handling. At least I found out in time before investing any more time and money what works and what does not work for me.

You see I have been taking nutritional supplements for years and I take a variety of multi-vitamins, resveratrol, coenzyme Q-10 200 Mg with Vitamin D 3 2000 - and through TRUE HEALTH. I order their Ultimate Colon Care Formula and these products plus the prescriptions from my medical doctor for other issues seems to work out. But I wanted to try Morning Complete to judge this product on its own merit.

If you got this far and still reading my letter (thank you) as too often companies do not live up to the celebrity hype and pushy sales gimmicks. I don't blame you for your behavior as a multitude of sins are ignored when you have good sales. The product (Morning Complete) will live or die on its own merit and all the hype in the world will not provide success.

P.S. Most or all medical doctors are not concerned about vitamins, herbs, and other nutritional supplements as the medical doctors can't make any money on items you can buy without a prescription...but I believe in some of the supplements and am willing to give them a chance to see how they work on my body.

I have been taking this for approximately 3 weeks now and although my energy is up a tad, I am severely bloated and gassy (I look like I am with child, but that is impossible). Diet hasn’t really changed but I have packed on quite a few extra pounds on top of it. The only thing that has really changed for the better is my energy. Everything else is not as positive. This product may work for some people but has not for me as the bloating and gas is too much. I was really hoping this was the product for me but it is time to start looking for a new product.

After researching reviews, comparing ingredients and claims, and watching an actress speak for more than 25 minutes about Morning Complete by ActivatedYou, I made a purchase. If the brand's claims are to be believed, this product is superior to similar products I've tried. Not so.

From my ordering experience to breaking the seal and trying the product I am extremely disappointed (and a little upset). The feeling I had from using was similar to what I experienced when I had food poisoning (like a diuretic that I had not intentionally taken).

Several calls to customer service (and a few more tries of Morning Complete) to report what I had experienced, this jar is on its way back for a refund. (Not so fun fact: you will have to pay for return shipping yourself!) In sum, I have paid $12.90 (return shipping) to feel as if I had been food poisoned. (Not to mention the billing mishaps and varied contradicting customer service explanations.)

Morning Complete only if you want a product: (a) that does not work, (b) in a small quantity (the jar was a quarter filled), (c) of a questionable quality, (d) you'd buy anyway because you have money to burn. There are no reasons why I would recommend this product.

I have been using Morning Complete since 1/15/20. The taste was difficult at first. I mix it with Crystal Light and have grown to think it's not too bad. I am not wholly convinced it is doing much for me. I appreciate my movements being more regular and consistent but I am having SO much horrible smelling gas! I've been hoping that it would get better but no luck. The first couple of weeks I actually felt somewhat encouraged by increased energy but, it seems, that my body has adjusted and I'm not feeling that quite as much. I can't decide whether to order more. Any advice?

Since the title of this article asks the question, "Is it Safe and Effective?" I decided I had to leave this review.

I ordered this back in January, took a long time to get it, but I was SO excited about it. I really believed in the product and Maggie Q's story, and I couldn't wait to try it. Started taking in February. Experienced two weeks of pretty seriously painful "die-off" symptoms. I almost stopped taking it but pushed through, and those symptoms went away at about two weeks. I took it all of February and March and April. I kept waiting to notice improvements and I just wasn't. In fact, I felt more tired and depleted than usual. I am 38, in good health, vegan, and was eating very clean this whole time.

Then in April I started having heart palpitations. They would come and go. Then one day I was mowing the lawn and I'd been having them all day, and it got so bad I couldn't ignore it anymore. I thought I might be having a heart attack, started to feel nausea. I looked pale and was in a cold sweat. I went to the ER. With Covid, this was something I desperately didn't want to do, but that tells you how bad it was. I was told I was in AFIB and that we needed to control it because of the risk of stroke. After a long night of chest X-rays and ECG wires and blood draws, the doctor comes to me with low potassium, of all things. This was unfathomable because of my diet, I drink green smoothies almost every day and eat lots of high potassium fruits and veggies. I just couldn't figure out how this was possible. This was April 12th, I took all the potassium I could take until the end of the month and when I was out of the high dose of potassium the heart palps would start up again. None of it made sense, and at this point, I thought I had a serious heart condition. This whole time I was taking the Morning Complete every day never dreaming that could be the cause.

After many trips to my doctor, almost being put on a Holter monitor, so much anxiety and stress, my doctor suggested I discontinue the Morning Complete, since that was the only new thing I had recently introduced to my routine, and see what happened. Well lo and behold, we did a blood draw one week after stopping the product, and my potassium had shot up from 3.3 to 4.7, almost the high end of normal, in ONE WEEK of being off the MC. I haven't had a heart palpitation since, and it was undoubtedly the cause. I notified the company and they promptly refunded me. I had like two cases of the stuff stocked up. So I was happy about the refund because it's not cheap. BUT (this is what really bothered me), the person who refunded me was all concern. He said this company takes experiences like yours "VERY SERIOUSLY" and we want to know everything about your experience. Save your bottles. You will be contacted by our team.

So I hung on to them, naively believing this company actually cared about the health of its customers. No one ever called, no one ever wrote. With something as serious as this I was shocked, and was SO disappointed because I actually believed this was an ethical company, and I had trusted them with my health. I think I was too nice, because I still believed in the company as a whole, I wanted to still take their other probiotics, but when they never checked in on this, as if my life being at risk was nothing, I was done.

I have struggled with intestinal issues - quite debilitating issues for 50 years. I have also had issues with fluctuating weight, swinging as much as 50 lbs. And, since beginning radiation for Breast Cancer 4 years ago, I have had NO energy. These issues have been debilitating to the point they have made it difficult, if not impossible, for me to live a normal life. I have seen endless specialists who attempted to resolve/treat the issues. Then one day, a month ago, I watched Magi’s video about Morning Complete. I took the information to my Acupuncturist, who advised me the ingredients all would benefit me greatly on all fronts.

In one month, I have had more energy than I had even before radiation. My intestinal issues have improved greatly and continue to do so. And, coincidentally, I have lost 20 lbs and so very much of the swelling around my mid-section, people are stopping me everywhere to comment on how much greater I look and seem to feel.

I am immensely thankful for Morning Complete and the Advance Care capsules. I am certain to be a lifetime client.
