No no to the NoNo

By Rowena Plourde, Canada, Verified Reviewer

I bought the NoNo. As a woman who waxes and Nair my facial hair for years, I thought I would try this.

Quick delivery and easy setup. I started using it, and it BURNED my chin! It hurt! I'm dark skinned and when I have a nick, it scars dark brown, so now I have a burn mark I need to baby for the next few weeks. On my face!

I regret buying this product.

Save your money

By Viv Callaghan , Uk

No, as the other disappointed customers have said, SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR SOMETHING MORE WORTHY.

I wish I had found these reviews first. Customer service is non-existent - happy to sell you this piece of junk, then they vanish into thing hair - really !

Hope you've done your homework first - then you will have read these reviews - take heed. It is a scam.

100% Scam

By Bob , Miami

Worthless piece of crap and they know it. Their marketing design is not to profit from sales but from return policy. The TV ad gives you a 60 day return window and ALL shipping returned. Website gives you 30 days and NO shipping refund. They just wear you down and ignore any refund possibility. Do the math. By keeping the outrageous shipping & handling charges both ways and you get to resend the returned piece of crap (NoNo) and you are making big bucks for doing zip. Good work if you can get it. Buyer Beware!

Spend the money on a pack of Bics instead.

By Heather O , Twatt, Orkney, Scotland

I found the product to be poorly made, ineffective and difficult to use. I wanted it to deal especially with my foot and underarm areas but the shape of the tips makes it unsuitable for these tasks, not that I'd call it "suitable" for anything really.

Seriously, use Bics instead. They're less troublesome and cost a few pence per pack.

My NoNo Pro only arrived at a fortnight into the supposed free trial period and fortunately, I'd paid on my credit card so when the makers ignored my return request, the card issuer dealt with the refund for me.

Disappointed in the NoNo

By Lisa Cumminskey, Northern Ireland, Verified Reviewer

I got the NoNo Pro as a gift as I'd pleaded with my husband for months to get me one, as the advertising promised smooth skin free of hair. Well there's false advertising. Really disappointed in the result. I haven't noticed any difference on my legs and when I use skin cream afterwards my skin stings. Wish I'd asked my husband to buy me a really good epilator as I would of gotten better results straight away. My advice is - don't waste your money on any NoNo product.

It's a no-no

By Pamela Corson, Chicago, IL, Verified Reviewer

I bought the NoNo Pro from HSN in 2016, and since then, it has not permanently removed hair. On top of that, it's stopped working no matter how many new ThermoCon heads I put in. HSN says they can't help and the NoNo site says I need to go through HSN.

So, it doesn't permanently remove hair, and it lasts about a year, and no one will back it up. So if you have a couple of hundred to lose, buy it at your own risk.

Absolute Scam

By Kathy , Florida

My husband gifted me with the NoNo Pro. It does not work at all. I tried numerous times but to no avail. $300.00 was wasted. Forget about trying to return it because you will get no where with them. It's a scam and should be put out of business.

Doesn't work

By George Gangloff , Marshall Texas

The NoNo Pro doesn't work as good as it says it does. It's very time-consuming. It doesn't look anything like they tell you and they have poor customer service, trying to get any help from them is impossible I think this company should be put out of business because it's nothing but a scam.

No!

By Lorrain, Essex, England, Verified Reviewer

DON'T BUY IT. It doesn't work. I now, after having a few dark hairs on my chin, have a face full of beard, which I cream off every second day. It's total rubbish. Has anybody out there managed to get their money back after the refund period (which doesn't allow enough time for results anyway)? Has anyone taken or thought about taking it further/higher, ie. a solicitor? Please respond.

Worse than Useless

By Rose , Uk

After reading several reviews, I haven't even bothered to try for a refund. I wish I'd have read reviews before wasting £215, and being taken in by utterly false advertising. NoNo does not work on any body parts, despite numerous attempts and re-reading instructions.

Lesson learned. Shame on you NoNo.

Returned. NoNo is a no no.

By Sylvia Briffett, Newport, Wales, Verified Reviewer

I seen the advert for the NoNo in my TV Choice magazine, stating there was a 60 day no risk policy. I ordered one and it was dispatched 10th June 2015. I stopped using my Braun Epilator 3 and just used the NoNo. After a few weeks my hair roots were getting thicker and stronger. I returned the NoNo 30th July by registered post. I have written to TV Choice, and have sent 6 letters to NoNo and have spoken to 3 different people at NoNo. I have spent £251.55 and I am still waiting for a refund.
