I have been taking BIO X4 for about three months to assist in better health, lose some weight and improve my colon health. To my surprise it has, I believe, helped reduce my A1C! I was taking Metformin 500 mg twice a day until about a month ago when my doctor reduced it to once a day and said it's possible I may be taken off the Metformin completely.

I have been taking BIO X4 for a couple of months now, and I find it has helped with my IBS and bloating and discomfort. I take it 5 minutes before meals, and I find the probiotics are helping me from getting that bloating and pain in my stomach that I previously got after eating meals. I am 76 years young and have been lucky to have a good digestive system. However, I think everyone should assist the body's "sewer system" to maintain a healthy system. Periodically, I have used "colon cleanse" herbal capsules, digestive enzymes, and probiotics on a sporadic basis.

All human "waste" has a bad odor, but after taking BIO X4, I experienced a new first! This product must have reached nooks and crannies that had been missed for years! The probiotics have to be the very best.

I did not notice any "appetite control" difference, but I know green tea is beneficial. The digestive enzymes worked fine, but so have other products.
