Having had a stroke almost three years ago, I encountered many new and not all pleasant experiences. I now have bowel trouble, diabetes, joint aches, no use of my right arm, and very limited use of the right leg. These are normal stroke issues and what a 76-year-old person faces. However, I have a clear mind and good and grateful heart.

After I read all (yes all) of the articles cited in their promotional BIO X4 video, I thought I'd try this for a few reasons.

One: I eat very healthily and exercise regularly but mid-life wants the pounds to stick to the middle, and I was frustrated by that! And two: I found the idea of getting probiotics in a way that seemed more reliable than the variability found in the grocery store to be intriguing, and digestive enzymes additions meant more good nutrition from my good food, so this sounded like a win-win.

What I was not worried about was weight loss, but I did want to lose the belly, given the correlation with heart disease, the number one killer of US women. And I have, and I noticed, and others have too!

What I was not expecting and found after 30, and more after 60 days of only taking the BIO X4 twice a day with each of two decent meals, (I don't take it with my snacks because I'm not a big person) was 5 lbs of weight loss with no changes to my (pretty healthy) lifestyle, increased energy (without feeling coffeed-up, something I avoid), and, unexpectedly and very happily, no late evening munchies anymore (my one consistent downfall). Maybe the latter accounts for the weight loss. It was super frustrating over the years to be healthy by day and get 11 pm munchies for salt and fat.

Since I wasn't expecting this change at all, I feel comfortable guessing that it is related to the BIO X4. I'm very happy to have started this and anticipate it being a forever thing.

I find that they have the best probiotics for regulating my frequent diarrhea and bloating, I have lost a couple of pounds, but that was not my primary goal as my BMI is 21.3. What I have found that makes me happiest is not only bowel control but also a loss of abdominal fat, bloat, and three inches.
