I am almost 30+ days in and very pleased with my digestive system results. I am hoping to order more to see if it works long-term for me.

I do my very best to take it before I eat, although, in some instances, I have taken it after. I am hoping it still works the same.

I have had decent success in weight loss. I have lost 12 lbs. I had a setback getting pneumonia for three weeks and have not exercised very much since that time. I finally feel better and have golfed a few times. I walk the dog when I am not too tired after work. Energy is coming back slowly. Digestion has improved, and I don't have constipation as often. I hope to get going again in the next few days. I do believe this is a good product!

I had what I would call severe IBS. Would start out going to church, or maybe shopping with hubby and have to turn around to go home or find a facility quickly. It was awful. I started using the product slowly. The first week I was taking one capsule per day, and with the first bottle, I only took it twice a day. I wanted to be sure there would be no side effect. I have not had any problems. Now on the second bottle, I am working on getting up to three pills per day.

After I watched the video, I immediately placed my order. For several days I was thinking how stupid I was to fall for the idea of a supplement to help with weight loss. Of course, diet and exercise are what controls weight loss. That was not working for me, so I gave it a try and have been pleasantly surprised. I feel normal again.

I used a combination of BIO X4 and Gundry Vital Reds because my health was not going in the right direction.

My doctor let me know I had gained too much weight, my cholesterol was bad, and my blood pressure was dangerously high. He wanted me to take a regiment of medicines to improve my health. I really did not want to be on more medicines, so I asked him to allow me a short time to improve and lower my weight. In was at the time 253 lbs.

I went home and decided I need to go back to working out. I also started researching online and came across several options, but love the information on BIO X4. I started using the BIO X4 and was following a healthier diet, but also allowed myself a cheat day.
