I was losing weight before I started Nucific Bio X4 and continued to lose weight at the same rate. I didn't expect it to change the rate of my weight loss dramatically but was expecting to notice some difference in my digestive system. I have been taking two pills three times a day for months and months and months (just because I have the pills so why not?) and haven't noticed a difference AT ALL.

I recently began taking a 50 billion probiotic because the X4 doesn't do anything. That helps a lot. It's amazing how quickly I saw results taking a good potent probiotic versus taking Nucific Bio X4. I canceled Nucific and am just finishing what I have (again, just because). I eat very healthily with lots of fiber, home cooked meals, and am vegetarian.

For me, Nucific Bio X4 was a waste of time and money.

I have been taking this product for two months. It makes me gassy, bloated, and my stomach hurts sometimes. I don't know, but I just feel like I'm getting fatter instead of what it claims to do. I will continue taking it for a while longer, but so far for me, this was an expensive bust.

I won't say it's a scam, but it didn't work for me. I was constipated, and I actually put on weight while taking it. They say I have to drink a lot of water to avoid the constipation, but even when I drank a lot of water, I was still backed up. I will admit drinking water made it a little better. And when I say a lot, I mean like a gallon a day. Most days I did about half a gallon, and it wasn't enough. As soon as I came off it, I was much better.

Also, I stopped taking it for a week, and all the weight I gained came off. It doesn't make me feel full nor does it stop my cravings. There was a point I thought it was but I think that was mind over matter. I really wanted this to work for me. I also got a yeast infection while on this. Obviously, I'm not saying Nucific gave me the yeast infection, but it makes me question the probiotics and billions of cultures they claim are in there.

I anxiously awaited delivery of my first bottle. I am glad I only purchased one to try out, since being the bargain shopper, I contemplated purchasing three bottles for $129.

While it has only been four days, I have not seen/felt a bit of difference. I read in other reviews. I know it has only been four days, but I would think I should've felt "something" working by now? I feel like this is the placebo effect. My appetite is not suppressed, and bathroom habits remain the same, nothing out of the ordinary.

In my opinion, introducing something new to my system, I would've thought I'd experience one of the active ingredients working on me.

I didn't notice anything different at all with Nucific. I saw the video online and was definitely interested, so I ordered a few bottles. I didn't feel anything different in my body, and I actually started to feel more bloated after the second week ironically.

I wouldn't say that it was terrible, but I would say it was a waste of money for sure. I would not recommend this to a friend.

On the 4th day of using this product following instructions carefully, I suffered awful stomach ache and frequent calls to bathroom, with false calls most of the day and 3 partial BMs. Sort of reminded me of the experience I had with Amitiza, which I stopped using.

I recently purchased BIO X4 and tried it for about 45 days. I am vegetarian, gluten-free, only eat fruit sugars and drink about 100 oz of water a day.

Unfortunately, I did not see any results, and when I contacted support for a refund, as they have a "90-day money back guarantee no questions asked," I was surprised to learn that although it did not work for me, I have to return any bottles I have and will only be refunded for what I didn't use.

To me, it is a lot of money to take a gamble on a product that may not work, but I placed an order because of their money back guarantee. I am definitely not happy.

The only good thing I can say is I didn’t notice any side effects. The bad part of that is, there were no effects at all.

If you are already a healthy eater with good digestion, this product definitely does nothing. I was not that healthy of an eater when I purchased it, but overall I watch what I eat. I’m sure most of you do, otherwise, you wouldn’t be looking to get something like this waste of money. They pitch it so reasonably with a doctors endorsement and you're thinking, oh it’s just 60 bucks. Then they sucker you into ordering two more bottles before you ever even get your first.

They also call you within the first month trying to push more products on you. Definitely a scam if I’ve ever seen one. Not saying the product itself is a scam, because I have heard of horror stories about other diet pills, but the way the process all went down felt like a scam. The lack of results, even after switching to a pescatarian diet to help promote low-calorie intake and force some kind of weight loss, proved this product is no more than a vitamin placebo.

Save your 150 bucks (what you would be out after they annoyingly pop up three more bottles during checkout over and over until you agree), and try something else. Not worth the time or money.

I started this product for two reasons; to create an environment in my gut that would better allow me to absorb nutrition/improve my immune system, and to lose some weight.

I watched the video online about this product, and while it said weight loss would not be drastic, I had hoped for more than 7 lbs in almost two months. I have been doing 50 minutes of cardio on an elliptical 4-5 days a week. I am almost finished with my second bottle of BIO X4. I have also been taking the digestive enzymes with my dinners for added digestive benefits.

Reviews of the products stated one of the most noticeable effects would be regular 'normal' bowel movements. This did not happen for me until almost a full month in, and they are still not "like clockwork."

BIO X4 is not what they rave and say it's supposed to be. Some type of laxative yes, but nothing else. Don't waste your money. It's been over a month for me and I am highly disappointed in the results, which are nothing, no sign of anything. Keep your money, eat healthily, and work out consistently. BIO X4 is a joke.
