I bought the three-bottle starter pack and could tell a positive difference with my stomach issues almost immediately, but as far as weight loss or appetite suppression, nothing. By the end of the second bottle, I decided it wasn't working for what I wanted it to and tried to contact customer service to return the third bottle, but could not reach a live person and never received responses to my multiple emails.

Their claims to "want your feedback" are obviously not true. So buyer beware, either start with one bottle and decide, or go into the purchase knowing you are taking a risk.

My husband and I have been taking BIO X4 since late December. While we both have been losing weight gradually, we also have been eating well and exercising.

I have a history of diarrhea and had been taking an RX for it, which is a powder mixed with water every morning. I have found the pill is much easier and tastier.

My problem is that I tend to forget to take the pill before I eat and sometimes remember it one hour later. This is most likely due to the fact that my meals are not regular. So, I know the problem lies with me, and I am trying to eat at regular times and remember to take the pill as directed.

My digestive system seems to be better, my belly fat is less, my bloating and gas is better, and I have lost a few pounds. I am diabetic and have a problem keeping my blood sugar from dropping too low and am working on my insulin dosage.

I've been taking BIO X4 for several weeks now, as the instructions recommend. The only claim that really has seemingly lived up to its promise is the impact of the probiotics to my system. Unlike yogurt, which never seemed to do much, I have yet to feel bloated or have an upset stomach since being on this regiment. I think that alone may be sufficient to continue on this program, but I'll have to weigh competing products, which only focus on the probiotic results.

I thought when I purchased Nucific that it was the diet I had been looking for. My issues are that there is not enough information and instructions on how and when you are supposed to take the capsules. There are a lot of items I don't eat, and that doesn't help out a whole lot. There was one recipe that I really like, and it was egg muffin. I don't eat a lot of meat, and that is some of the problem. I'm allergic to seafood, and I'm lactose intolerant. So I'm in really desperate need of help at this point.

I think it's good and helpful. I likely need to be more carefully following the prescribed schedule for taking the supplement. I tend to feel better when I follow the regiment. I want to continue to see if, in the long run, this is what I need.

I took this for one month and felt pretty good. I had good energy and digestion. I just thought it was a bit too costly and found alternatives at the health food store and in my food, such as fermented veggies for the probiotic benefits, but it did get me back to drinking more water, which is free.
