I have been taking this product for almost two weeks. I am not sure about the appetite control or weight loss yet. It definitely helps me in the bathroom. I have IBS. I am hoping I experience some weight loss. I'm overweight, like maybe ten pounds. So it would be nice. We will see.

Unlike others, I am not experiencing any dramatic benefits. I had good guy health, to begin with, but just wanted to lose 10 lbs. I have been on the pills for over four weeks now and have lost 5 lbs. I have also tripled my exercise and significantly cut calories. It’s hard to say whether or not the pills actually made the difference or if it was just my change in habits. Taking the pills and advice that was sent did help me psychologically think more carefully about my diet and nutrition. I am not at the stage where I can cheat at all. Any little diversion from my new routine puts weight back on.
I just ordered my second bottle and am sticking with it, but the verdict is still out.
P.S. their marketing is annoying. You can’t order something without having to refuse six other offers. Bad.

I bought my first bottle a few months ago and I never really got the chance to start it yet. I got a follow-up phone call from Nucific, and the guy asked me how did I like the product. I told him I never got the chance to even start it yet because I wanted to read more reviews about it and I haven't had the time yet. The next thing I knew, I was trying to explain to him, and he just hung up in my face while I was talking. That was very rude of him. I still have it in my room and was actually gonna start it very soon. Now that this has happened, I'm not so sure about it.

I have been taking BIO X4 for about 6 to 8 months on a regular basis. The outcome is definitely your cravings for junk food will disappear, and it helps with heartburn, maybe to say completely gone. Also, on any good product, eating a healthy diet will help even more. When going out to dinner, take two pills while you’re eating, the results after dinner are amazing. I definitely recommend this product to be tried.

Not a bad product. Still taking them as the directions say so. Seen some improvements. I am on my second bottle. Hopefully, I will see more improvements. A little more expensive than I want to pay. But overall, I am satisfied, for what it is doing for me.

I have IBS issues and was trying to gain relief from poor digestion and bloating. This has helped some but is not a "cure all" by any means. I have not yet been taking it for 3 months and will change my review if there is further improvement in that time.

I am a 67-year-old healthy male. I purchased this product to stay ahead of any geriatric issues.
Since I do not have any gastric or obesity issues, I cannot attest to the benefits of this product either way. I will continue to purchase this product.

I have tried many different diet pills. It works about the same as many others. I have lost 8 pounds in two months since I started working out more to help lose the weight. I have also cut back on my daily calorie intake.

There is some appetite suppression in that I am not overeating at mealtime, but I still get hungry in between meals. The energy level is not noticeably improved (I am 60). I have lost a few pounds, but don't know how much because I don't have a scale (sorry). It's not enough that anyone has noticed, but my clothes fit more comfortably. I can't afford any more of these supplements, but I will stick it out with BIO X4. I take it 3 to 6 times a day, depending on snacks. At least I'm not gaining weight, so yay! I needed to lose 18 pounds, according to a recent heart test. I will guess I have lost maybe 5 over 2 months of steady supplementation.

I tried one bottle of BIO-X4 and am very pleased so I ordered two more but they sent me Digestive Comfort Complete instead. I'm not happy, especially because of what it costs.

First of all, when I ordered, the system messes up, kept on adding more to my cart, would not let me out the system. When I call the company, first stated they would take it off. Well, needless to say, that did not happen and the product was me to the wrong house, which the rep customer said she had fixed. When I called back after not getting the product, it took forever and I had to track down the product due to it shipped to the wrong address. After trying the product, it does not work and bloated and gassed me up. It really messed my stomach completely up. The product did not work for me, I am stuck with more product and I was charged for more products. I do not recommend this product. System is jacked up.
