I have been taking Bio X4 for three weeks. My reasons for taking this product is to reduce acid re-flux, bloating, gas and help bowel regularity.

In just two weeks, I am experiencing substantial relief in all four areas. My problems have persisted for 5 years and here I am feeling so much better. Frankly, I am waiting for something to go wrong but right now all is looking great.

Digestion is improved without bloating. No stomach pain and substantial reduction in gas. I am not looking to reduce weight but if I lost some belly fat, that could be the cherry on the top during the process.

To be clear, there was no overnight change. The website did say it would take a month or so to work. It's slow and gradual but then one day you realize, my digestive system is working better and I finally feel better. Thank you!

Purchased BIO X4 for myself and my 21 year old granddaughter. We were both so pleased with the very positive results. My lactose intolerance and other digestion and bathroom "issues" are totally gone now. We both have experienced more energy. She has lost 17 pounds in a very short time. I ordered this with high hopes that it would get my digestive tract back on track after having to go through 2 harsh weeks of antibiotics to eradicate h.pylori from my body. I have been taking it for a week and have had headaches and nausea just about everyday. The loose stools, bloating, and gas I can handle but not the headaches, nausea, and vomiting every once in a while. I am sure it's because I am overly sensitive to one or more of the ingredients which is a real shame as I think it probably is a good product. Just not a good product for me. I have 2 bottles that have not even been opened. I would like a refund, if not for all 3 at least just for the 2 bottles that aren't opened.

Bio X4 has turbo charged my healthy lifestyle. My medication, diet, & exercise have all improved because my digestion has improved. I am a 45 year old man. Since I have been taking Bio X4, I have had days where I felt 25 again. If you are looking for a way to get more out your healthy choices, then this product is for you.

I didn't know that when your body doesn't recognize something you have put into it, it turns it into fat. That's scary! No wonder so many of us are overweight. The consumption of amino acids, probiotics, and green tea extract has helped my digestion, my stomach issues like IBS, and it builds my immune system.

I cannot do without this product, and no one should be without it. All the ingredients that are in this BIO X4 are what some of us take singularly, but it is cheaper to take one pill than three. I have lost weight using this, and I wasn't even trying to.

I say the "mystery is solved" because now I know why I need to take this and what the benefits are. I like to be in the know so I can make good decisions for myself and my family!

This product is sensational. It is reasonably priced, and it helped me lose the weight I wanted. The product kept me very regular in my bowel movements, and I feel very healthy. I thoroughly enjoyed the presentation that I viewed online, and the promised outcome lived up to the results.

I was excited to try this, as I was ready for a change and this seemed to initially be it! However, after a month, I haven't seen any weight loss, and I have noticed more backup and bloating than before I started using this product. With less than 1/4 left of the bottle, I combined an additional probiotic of another brand, cheaper, like $8 at Walmart, that I read up about on Amazon and have started to see results. So unless you have the funds to continue to shell out $50 a bottle, I'll settle for the cheaper option.

This stuff better work. The preso seems to make sense, but! Feels too good to be true, and when ordering it feels like a scam...how many freaking times do you have to say "NO I don't want more, just send me what I ordered, PLEASE." Cheez.

After surgery on my hand, I wanted to stay off of all sugar for better healing. I came across this product and it really curbed my sweet tooth. I have not had any sweets for 2 months (except a bit of dark 90% chocolate). I have noticed that I just don't over eat anymore and am satisfied with less. Now that I can exercise more after surgery, I hope to see more weight loss.
