I have had my bottle of BIO X4 for three days. I was diagnosed with metastatic melanoma in May of 2016. I had two rounds of chemo and had to stop because my body could not take it, with the new immunotherapy (YERVOY). A very very long story short, after 50 hospital stays and many close to death experiences, chemo induced menopause, chemo induced hypothyroidism, and a million and one different prescriptions (no joke!), I feel like I have my life back. I had colitis seriously bad. Many bouts of diff things (oh I could go on and on) and now, after only three days, I can see the sun again. That light at the end of the tunnel.

I have been using BioX4 since May 2017, and noticed I have been losing waist inches, and weight. My husband noticed the difference in me and joined in by sharing bottles.

I have been using BIO X4 for over one year now. I tried the product due to constipation issues and read up on it and decided to give it a try. I know that the instructions stated that one may have to use the product for a few months before they noticed results or any changes. I had less appetite almost immediately. I tried the Nucific BIO X4 for 30 days. It stopped cravings and kept me from getting heartburn and that bloated feeling. I moved to Florida in November of 2016 and began a daily walking regimen. I started using BIO X4 in January of the new year (kind of a New Years gift to myself).

Since I moved to Florida (at 253 pounds), I have lost 46 pounds and am now hovering at 207. I am very impressed with this product as I have been able to decrease my input (food) significantly while being "pang free." I just take a couple of the capsules a few minutes before I eat and let THEM do the work. I have found eating the last meal earlier in the day and then having a light snack (apple or orange or banana) between then and when I retire for the night has worked for me also (of course, there's a 2-mile walk in there too).

I run and strength train four times a week. However, I haven't been losing weight. I have been using BIO X4 for over a month now. This is what happened:

1) No more bloat or digestive cramps - I feel BETTER! I don't feel weighed down. Clothes even fit looser. I also have regular bowel movements (no surprises on runs) and have no bloating or cramps.

2) No more cravings - I need carbs to run and even sugar for quick carbs. But my whole life I craved sugar. Candy bars, cakes, etc. It contributed to my 80-pound gain and has been the devil on my back. No more. If I eat sweets, it's because of the taste or texture (like ice cream). Even then, I eat much less than I used to and rarely eat them. If I overeat on them, it throws everything off, and I am back to being bloated, etc. So my desire to binge on sweets is GONE!

3) More energy - my performance in my physical activities has improved! Green tea does have "caffeine," but I have no jidders, and as long as I don't eat a later dinner, I sleep just fine.

4) Weight loss - I am finally seeing weight loss, and I have already received comments on my weight loss. I am consistent in my exercise because of the energy it provides and how good I feel. All those things above help you "right" your diet and gives you the energy to start moving.

Exercise is needed if you want to lose weight and you need to be consistent in taking the pill before meals. I have recommended it to many people and very thankful to finally just feel GOOD!
