BIO X4 helps me reveal my supposed stage of health. Before taking this I was always tired, constipation, and because of extreme high level of stress I was always overeating all the times, up to 5 to 6 meals a day. However, these bad things stopped after about 2 and 1/2 months of taking BIO X4. I can now enjoy better work/life because of more energy from good night sleep, plus, less cravings and balanced diet for a much healthier digest system. I purchased the product after listening to the overlong marketing spiel. I was interested in the bits about enzymes combined with probiotics.

For a couple of years, I’ve suffered from eczema on my legs and my brilliant daughter-in-law suggested the cause might be in my gut. I tried probiotics only with no change. I figured I’d give this a try. Note that the itching was pretty intense.

Half-heartedly, I began with maybe 1 to 2 pills per day. In about a week, my eczema symptoms dropped to pretty much zero. So I’m pretty, pleasantly, surprised with the results.

I can’t comment on the intended effects for weight loss and appetite control. Only what it did for my skin.

I know there are lots of products in the same areas, but I’m not going to change what looks like a winning game for me.

I would really like the web purchasing steps to be simplified. It’s very off-putting to have to keep saying "no" to around 5 screens offering "deals." I am a 62-year-old male. I have found that this product is OK for some weight loss, but not great. To be fair, I can't exercise like I could when I was younger, and I eat a semi-healthy diet. I really like BIO X4. I have more energy and I am not hungry between meals. I have also noticed a reduction in bloating. However, I do get headaches and have had difficulty sleeping. He purchased several bottles of the Nucific BIO X4 product. When we received the product, I was impressed by the quality of the bottle and description of the ingredients. We started taking one pill in the morning just to make sure we don’t have serious side effects.

My husband experienced a very good appetite decrease. I didn’t feel anything. Since I didn’t have any side effects, I started taking this product three times a day/two pills.

I think the BIO X4 is an excellent product. I have more energy. I'm a runner, and with this product, I feel like I can run faster and run longer. This product netted me no results, not sure what was in the capsule, looked like the same stuff Dollar Tree products are full of. Advertises no haggle return, well, that's untrue as well. Funds said to be sent to PayPal account I never used and the result was to wait until refund kicks back and they will issue a check some several weeks down the line. Very unsatisfied, do not purchase.
