I have been taking Nucific BIO X4 for about six weeks. I am very pleased with the results. The product has helped to stimulate and regulate my metabolism. I now have daily bowel movements instead of sometimes lagging fro 3-5 days despite exercise and healthy diet. I sleep much better (restfully) and have less cravings and binge-attacks to control.
