Organifi Green Juice

I bought the package that contained the protein, green and red powders. I thought the taste of both the green and red powders was disgusting. The protein powder wouldn’t dissolve well, making it hard to drink. Therefore, I decided to try and return the entire package for a refund. That’s when I found out how this company treats dissatisfied customers. I tried repeatedly to contact customer service and selected option #1, which is to talk to someone about returning the products. After doing that, I was left on hold for over an hour! I finally relented and opted to receive a "call back." The system would not accept my phone number. After three (3) attempts, it cut me off! I was amazed by all of this. It was certainly no problem to order the Organifi powders which are advertised with a simple money back guarantee! So, I’m out over $200! That’s an expensive and tough lesson to learn! I’d recommend everyone really consider what I’ve gone through before doing business with Organifi. There are other similar companies offering these types of supplements. It cost me over $215 to learn!

Organifi is too good to be true because it is. In the green juice, they don't show the nutritional content on the label because it's a placebo. I use their complete protein, which in very small print has the Prop65 warning on it, which means cancer causing ingredients. And when you try to contact them (which I have been trying to for over a month) they never reply.

Buyer beware. This "awesome green juice" made me start feeling weird 30 minutes after drinking. DON'T SMELL IT or you can't tolerate it at all. It smells putrid! I didn't like how it made me feel, so I attempted to contact customer service to get a refund under their so called guarantee. These jokers are just a bunch of scam artists, like a lot of them out there.

The customer service is shady. I called them 3 times to cancel any future automatic shipments, and also to return what I had under the "money back guarantee". Then two weeks later, no RA# or call back from customer service, but they charged me $72 and auto-shipped me. All this AFTER I provided all the info they needed during the 3 calls.

Not only that, but this stuff is nasty. So you've been warned. Stay away.

In good faith, I purchased the product.

Problem #1. It does not dissolve like it is supposed to, and most of it sticks to the cup or glass.

Problem #2. It does not taste good.

Problem #3. When I tried to return it, NOBODY answers the phone, calls you back, or just "isn't taking calls."

Problem #4. If you call your bank to not allow them to charge your account, they will use a slightly different name to charge you anyways.

Problem #5. The product did not help me to feel different in any way, at all, whatsoever.

Problem #6. This was a complete hassle, I will never get my money back, and they are an amazing scam company that only cares about making money.

I placed the order to later find they mandatory put you on a subscription for three months -- like it or not. After charging my account I found this out and canceled. It's been a month, no money back and no product sent -- SCAM.

I did not receive anything for free. I have not been asked for a review. After reading the negative comments on this site, I thought I would add my positive, two-cents. I have only been using this product in the past week. I have a lot of health issues to include, type ll diabetes, enlarged/fatty liver that is hardening (non alcoholic), inflammation, unable to lose weight no matter how I try. I've been working with Physician's to figure out what's going on and why my body is doing all this. I've tried all the various green superfoods. I've not bought any of them a second time and returned a couple for a refund. They are not cheap.

When I received an order of three canisters and opened for the first time, I was happy to see it was 'not' half full as others described. It was about three quarters full. Admittedly, if you stick your nose right at the opening and take a whiff, it's not overly pleasant. Has a minty, wet grass, earthy fragrance. I have tried it by itself and it wasn't bad, has a slight grit texture, but not chalky. I've tried with Vanilla protein powder and it was good. I've also tried the recipe it came with: chocolate, banana and spinach. It was very good.

Here is what I have noticed. I am peeing a lot. I don't seem to have as much inflammation and I'm not bloating nearly as much after I eat. I haven't required the brief, midday nap I typically feel I can't do without. My insurance has lapsed and I have run out of some diabetes medication, though my blood glucose numbers are not raising as high as I anticipated. Lastly and this is a big one! I've been having pain in the area of my liver. What does this mean to me? The last time I did a detox for my liver I had pain for a few days right in that area. I am taking this as a good sign it's working. My physicians have been on board with my trying the natural products in hopes of getting me out of these conditions.

Their products are very average and overpriced compared to others on the market.

I tried it as I do most products and found their customer service is shocking with no communication, no arrival of products, no refunds, and rude social media blocking after I asked where my product was after paying them money. Avoid them at all costs.

What a friggin scam this is!

I signed up for the “free” 3-pack of single serving packets that they advertise here, put in my credit card info, address etc., and then the only way to continue is to order a 30-day supply and an additional subscription for this product every month after that.

You can’t order the “free” 3-pack of single servings. What a friggin scam artist they are! How about actually being true to your word?

The first time I ordered the green juice, it was great. So the fitness coach Robert Golston called and asked if I would like to order more products. I said yes, and it's a month later, and I still have not received my products. I have tried calling, and they say to leave a message. Well, conveniently enough their mailbox is full. I have emailed several different people, and no one has responded. I would not recommend anyone have this experience.

I ordered Organifi back in December 2018, but I regret my decision and sent my shipment back. Soon after I got a refund of $20 US but was supposed to get around $180 US back. I wrote e-mails to the company, they said they were sorry and would fix this ASAP. Nothing happened and I wrote again and again and still the same message. Now, almost four months later, still NO refund. I find this very embarrassing and unacceptable behavior from a legit company. They have not contacted me about this issue for a month now.

Don't buy from these people, they lie and are very hard to contact on the phone. Read the fine print on the side of the container of the green juice - Warning, this product can expose you to chemicals, including Cadmium, which is known to the State of California to CAUSE cancer, this is in fine print on the Green Juice bottle.
