I use it this morning on an empty stomach and at the gym. It was wonderful. I was able to do my 20 minute cardio and weights for 40 minutes with all my energy. I recommend this.

Have taken the powder formula combined with Sparks powder mix, plus a SST pill, and 32 oz cup of strong instant Folgers coffee, plus a second pill at lunch time with another Sparks powder mix drink. Never felt any "energy" as was told at GNC Store - "big burst, wanting to just run." Did take the hunger away.

Today is my first day. I have tried C4, jack 3d, and many others. This is the best product by far. No jitters, burning or nervous energy. I give this product 5 stars.

This product is amazing. I have gained 40 lbs in a year due to not working out and eating like my boyfriend. I wanted something to get me back into shape and give me the energy I need without feeling jittery. I went into GNC and talked with someone about what would be best for me. They asked me a few questions and gave me some options and said this would be the best. I have taken this for almost a week now and I am amazed. It makes me satisfied and when I do eat, it makes me eat healthier because I am focusing on eating healthy. I am working out everyday and I can't wait to see my results, I love this.

I took my first two pills this morning with about a bottle of water. Began working out, and about an hour later had amazing energy. A couple hours later I could feel the fat burning sensation like one feels when they're starving but to my surprise I was not hungry. Had a light lunch and I'm still full. Plus I haven't crashed from the product. I give it two thumbs up so far so good.

I am a huge Fan of SST so far.

I have only been taking this for a few days, but am loving it.

I went in looking for something for focus with hopes of energy, when the sales person at GNC showed me this, I was skeptical because of the price, but felt I needed something.

I took it the next morning and was amazed at how good I felt all day. My energy level stays the same all day long and into the evening, and I feel like a huge load has been lifted off of my shoulders.

If it still works like this next week I intend to go get more, so I don't risk running out.

This product was awful for ME. But who is to say it wasn't good for someone else.

I used SST Perfomix Thermogenic for about 4 days and I had to quit. I was more afraid if anything. I started off by taking one pill 30 minuets before my workout the first day, as recommended by the guy at the GNC store. He said he had troubles with two pills ( and this guy is a gym rat), so I took his word for it. I felt great with one pill, I experienced all the levels, from the heating to the cooling to the intense focus. IT WAS GREAT! I did that again for the next two days and experienced the same thing. I even let my friend try one, and she loved it as well.

I don't know what possessed me to increase the dose, but I did. I had major regret before I even started my workout. It was so intense, my heart was pumping out of my chest, I couldn't breathe and contemplated going to the hospital to get my system drained out by these demon pills I had just swallowed. The affects lasted for about 2 hours, then I was back to normal. Although it worked fine with just one, I was so terrified that the thought of taking just the one pill scared me out my skin. If I were to accurately describe how I felt, it was like I was on drugs or having a full blown panic attack.

So this product was awful, but it may be good for someone else.

I received this product as a gift, as I am somewhat of a gym freak. I love running but I needed a little more energy to get through my longer runs. The first day I took this product I felt great and I was extremely energetic. On the second day, my stomach was turning inside out. I felt so nauseous and queasy. Mid-second day into third day, I was suffering from a major fever. Mid-third day I began feeling extremely nauseous again and I began puking with no end. Now I am stuck with a terrible sore throat and I wasted money on this product. Note: I stopped taking the pills after day two.

I've only been on the Performix for two weeks and have lost six pounds and have not changed anything in my daily routine. I am not hungry and I get the caffeine shakes for about an hour around 3pm.

I've been taking SST for about three weeks. Its easier on my stomach than Super HD which always made me nauseous. I take it about 1-2 hours before a workout and its kind of nice because it give me so much energy that I HAVE to work out or else I will be jittery. I am artificially caffeine sensitive because I don't drink a lot of soda or tea, and I hate coffee - so the first day is rough, but no crash. I usually eat shortly after taking it. I am usually at the gym during the "chill" phase so all I notice is that I sweat more (that being said, drink enough water with this). My lack of results is kind of my fault (I like food, and this is not a miracle pill) but it gives me that jump start of energy in the morning to hit the gym which, in the long run, will pay off.

NOTE: I suggest drinking a whole glass of water with it. Last week, I only took a sip to get it down because I was in a hurry and it gave me heart burn.

I am starting my second month with Performix SST. The first day I had so much energy I thought I was going to start bouncing off the walls. I wasn't sure if I liked that feeling or not. Now I think my body is immune to it, I have energy but not a crazy amount to where I thought my heart would beat out of my chest. I can't tell if the fat burner is working like I want it to. Maybe, I am loosing inches before weight? Not sure. I may switch after this month and see what happens. Tip: Take the pill and then eat shortly after. Everyone says they get stomach pains, I got them a few times but I ate right when I felt them coming on. You don't need to starve yourself trying to lose weight.
