This device is useless. As far as I can tell it’s a light and that’s it! Not even good enough to use as a torch. Don’t waste your money. I waited 3 weeks to receive this, what a joke!

We ordered two of these products, they came, one worked fine, one didn't work at all...we had to leave on scheduled trip, gone four weeks (+/-), when we returned I called customer service, explained above...the lady who handled our call was extremely pleasant and professional, quickly offered to send a replacement (we had mailed in defective, but they apparently didn't receive it!) even though their records didn't reflect that we returned the defective product. We have since received a replacement and it is working...can't say enough positive regarding how they handled our problem! Good job!

I ordered this product nearly 3 weeks ago and according to the UPS tracking service, it is still in the USA. There was no warning when I ordered that it would take this long. If I had known I would have looked elsewhere.

I purchased a PetGentle and I cannot rave about it enough. Our territorial dog has learned very quickly that aggressive barking at people walking by isn't acceptable. The PetGentle absolutely took her attention away from outside distractions and stopped the incessant barking. When activated, her barking ceases and she comes to us and nudges the device, she will then sit and is rewarded. Now, we just point the PetGentle and she shushes.

I definitely recommend this product.

I just received this device and tried to use it right away but the battery was dead. I replaced it and it started to work fine. My dogs are awful at barking so I pushed the button once and they immediately stopped. The second time they started barking and carrying on all I did was put it in my hand and they both stopped. I made a point to reward them. Hopefully this continues to work this well!

We love PetGentle! When we first tried it nothing happened so I checked the batteries and they had a protective wrap on them. Took the wrap off and it works great. Point it at their face, press the button and they run into the next room. Make sure the red lights are flashing so you know it is working. Change the batteries if necessary. Now we just pick it up when they are barking and they run into the other room. We're thinking about getting two more for other rooms.

I have no idea what this unit was supposed to accomplish but it did nothing! Batteries were properly installed light worked but the dog did not respond to anything, totally useless!

I bought two PetGentle devices, takes a long time to deliver, and when finally arrives, I was enthusiastic to put them to work.

After more than a month, I find that not one dog (try on 5 different dogs) will act as advertising.

The product is useless and not worth any money.

I bought this for my Shorkie who loves to bark, especially at times when he should not. I have tried other bark collars and was sold by the HIPE to help my pup and I. I got it, put the batteries in, and as soon as Lance my pup barked, I pointed it at him in the lower level and he barked louder! I tried the high level and he barked even louder and sounded like he was in pain! A useless piece of crap for $56 US at half price unless I need my pup to bark louder. A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.

Paid $80.00 for it to work for a few months. Now my dogs could care less. Contacted customer service and was told it doesn’t work on all breeds of dogs. I have a German Shepard and a Pitbull. Asked to return for a partial refund. They told me no and to give it more time?

I would not even give this product one star except that I could not leave this review without giving at least one star. This product does not work at all. My dog thinks it is a toy. The only thing she reacts to is the red light, which she chases and barks at. My dog does not react to what is supposed to be a high pitched ultrasonic sound, how would we even know if it emits a sound, we can't hear it! Her lack of reaction proves there is no sound.

This is a scam! Do not waste one penny on this product. I checked with the BBB just before writing this review, they gave this company an "F" rating! I wish I had checked the rating before I wasted good money on it.
