Extremely fast shipping, inexpensive products, and they seem to be very high quality. I usually purchase their supplements and their beauty products. Since using their face creams and eye serum I have noticed a significant difference in the tone and texture of my skin. You can't beat the prices and their flash sales are unreal. Their gummy supplements are the best I have ever eaten. I love the pectin texture of them and the majority of their supplements are vegan or vegetarian. I have been buying from them for years. I have bought on four separate occasions from the oils and creams and although the Retinol product isn't doing what it says I have no problem with that. The oils are great and I had question about some certain oils and I went on chat with them and they were very kind, and yes they answered my questions right away. So my experience with Pipping Rock was good and I will keep ordering and using the products. I might add the tea tree oil does work on fungus for toes. I had a small spot on my big toe, not very big, but I wanted to nip it in the bud. Well within a few weeks I have noticed a difference and my nails are whiter and brighter, and spot is shrinking. I will shop there again.

I have bought up to 20 different essential oils, coconut oil, and different carrier oils over the last 6 months or so. Very affordable. The shipment always came in a timely manner, packaging was good, except for the 54 oz coconut oil leaked in the bag but they sent me another one and it was 100 degrees outside. I would like to see more research on the essential oils to feel confident in their purity because I use them on my children with behavior and social disabilities. Only thing I found was that the blue tansy and peppermint was not pure. But I have enjoyed the oils I have and they do help. I use them for cleaning, beauty products and aromatherapy diffused and diluted on skin to calm my children and for my pain.

I purchased twice, with an average $200 order amount.

The first time, it didn't send out shipping email, and I thought I got scammed, but after 3 weeks (which should be 2 - 3 weeks, international), I received products.

The second time, everything went much faster, but I received one product that doesn't match my order, I wrote an email to them, they responded with a refund.

I think they are pretty well for the price, you get what you pay.

I am totally new to Piping Rock. I was diagnosed with TB three years ago, underwent all treatment and suffered extensive damage. I have taken cordyceps for years, but not so regularly lately. I was suddenly overtaken by a cold, resulting in pneumonia, had ordered cordyceps prior, but had not tried. I came home from the hospital unable to breathe. No exaggeration, after one night of very productive cough following taking cordyceps, my airways are open again. It remains to be seen what follow up usage will do, but I am so thankful for restored breath. I will definitely continue this product and try others. Thank you.

I made an order online, bought one for myself and one for a friend. We got free shipping and our order was to take 8-10 days free, but even free, I ordered on Tuesday and received it on the following Monday with no hassle. Hello from Chile. In November 2017 I purchased two packs of vitamins k2, and it was delivered today, the 16th of March 2018. It was delivered by DHL (e-commerce), after asking I received a tracking number but it was a waste of time because of it has not tracking after it arrived in my country.

In customs, I asked about conditions of delivery, and they responded about the necessity of some certificates of safety.

My opinion is that the Piping Rock company sent the product, but because of the cheap cost of delivery and bureaucracy of customs or health service of the country, it took too much time to deliver it. And I can't blame the company.
