I have ordered about four times, always happy with the products received. No problem with time of delivery. They give you an approximate time frame.

I would order again. Two for one deals are a good value. Not sure of the quality but for diffusing I am happy with what I have received so far.

The only reason I am writing this review is to try to help balance the scale! I have been a Piping Rock customer for many years. Although I cannot say that all of the supplements and food stuff I have purchased have worked for me in the way I wished, I do not believe that to be their fault. I have mostly impressed with pricing, quality, and customer service. Not sure why the reviews are so negative. Perhaps those who have positive experiences are less likely to share. I only know I would not continue to order consistently over the years if I was not happy with this company. If you are reading reviews to decide on whether to give them a chance for the first time, perhaps this will help to ease your mind a bit.

I just received my vitamins today, well within the stated delivery time. I am very happy with both that and the pricing. As I've only just received the products, I can't speak to the efficacy of the products as yet, but I would have no problem recommending them to other people.

This place is greatly recommended. I've always received my supplements and they have low prices. Shipping is slow, gotta be patient. I never had a bad experience. Always have clearance sales on popular items.

I have had many shipments from Piping Rock and so far have had no problems until today. Some shipments have been slow to arrive and others quite quick. They have arrived from various different countries around the world - which might explain delivery times.

I have had one bottle in my latest order that is substandard, but that may be a simple fix. So far the products do what they say they do and I have several questions about them - but so far so good. Time will tell.

I have been ordering Piping Rock for many years. I have always gotten my order and the shipping hasn't been a problem. I love the green matcha tea! I also am a big fan of the hair and nails supplement Biotin! It makes such a difference!

I ordered from Piping Rock, I thought that they never sent tracking info so I was upset and called, they said they would update me. Turns out their email went to spam. It took about two weeks for me to get my order.

For me it was my first experience with this supplier because I was not able to find this product in Canada where I am presently. I found the Piping Rock website and the product that I need was available, I placed my order and it was received in a timely matter considering the current COVID-19 ordeal. I am happy with the product that I ordered, I will use Piping Rock again.

After reading all these reviews it seems to me that shipping out of country is a problem. I would not blame Piping Rock. Piping Rock, to save all these hassles stop shipping abroad. Stay in the good USA.

Overall I have been satisfied with their supplements but I did receive Black Oil Capsules that had oxidized (slightly rancid) and reading other reviews this is quite common with Piping Rocks oil capsules.

Consumer Lab even gives them a poor rating for this factor alone.

I will still buy from them but not their oil capsules, as peroxide is a sign of poor quality control in the manufacturing process.

I have tried a multitude of products. I feel that their liquids are diluted. I purchased essential oils and found they were more diluted than store bought essentials.
